Ch 4

Feeling my body shivering I slowly open my eyes blinking the haziness away before I see Chan and Changbin hovering over me looking concerned. My eyebrows furrow and I try to sit up only to be gently pushed back down looking at them in confusion. "What happened?" Chan feels my forehead pure concern on his face and it's just then that I notice my body shaking. "You fainted. Now your skins freezing but your sweating. Do you need a doctor?" I immediately panic a little. "No! No doctor. It's probably just my anemia and low blood sugar. I um I didn't eat anything today." I pretend to look sheepish and embarrassed while Chan looks at me wide eyed and goes on to scold me while Changbin helps me up and into bed I thankful that I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt so he's not touching my skin. Once I'm in bed Chan tells me sternly to stay put while he goes to cook Changbin stays there for a minute before saying he needs to do something really quick. I wait there for awhile just staring at the ceiling until I start to feel restless and get up heading to the kitchen. Just as I'm approaching it I hear quiet arguing and what sounds like my name. Frowning I step closer only to step on a loud part of the floor that squeaks silently cursing myself as Chan and Changbin turn around to stare at me.

(Changbin's Pov)

After helping Nova into bed I stand there for a minute before excusing myself saying I have something to do right quick. After I leave the room I immediately head straight for the kitchen and Chan turns his head slightly frowning when he sees me. "Your supposed to look after Nova while I'm cooking." I run a hand through my hair a frown on my face. "I need to talk to you about Nova. There's something up with him." Chan just raises an eyebrow at me. "And what exactly is up with him?" I can't help but frown. "He's weird. Especially his scent. He doesn't smell like a beta." Chan gives me a weird look. "What are you talking about? His scent is definitely the scent of a beta." Shaking my head I cross my arms over my chest. "I swear it's not. And right before he fainted his eyes were blue Chan. Blue! And not his natural grey blue I mean bright silver blue. I don't know any beta with blue eyes." Chan shakes his head and puts a hand on my shoulder. "I think your imagining things and trying to find reasons not to like Nova." I frown and go to say something when the floor squeaks and we both turn to see Nova standing there staring back at us. Before Chan can step forward he suddenly bolts we both hearing the front door slamming shut. Chan turns to look at me pointedly. "You go find him and apologize fast especially since he's sick." I give a guilty nod and immediately head out the door to go find Nova.
