Chapter two

I was wrong this day got worse now!

I'm not gonna lie he does look hot in that suit. He has brown hair with a few grey highlights, which didn't even bother me. I was more focused on his chocolate brown eyes. Not to forget about the stubble on his chin.

I didn't even realize that he stood up and is now walking towards me.

„Are you done with starring?" He asked.

„I wasn't- wait what? I didn't stare." I stumbled.

„You were because you didn't listen to me!"

„I did listen" I rolled my eyes.

„Don't roll your eyes at me young lady, or you gonna get detention on your first day of school!" He shouts. „Now sit down and listen this time, Miss Luss!"

Well, that was a reaction I didn't expect. But I did what he wanted. I sat down in the chair in front of his desk. Gladly it was far away from his seat.

„So..." He started. „You will still get a week of detention for your behavior-"
„But why? I didn't do anything!" I screeched.

„If you interrupt me again, you'll get detention for another week!"

I fell silent. He handed me a paper which I guess was my schedule.

„School is until 3 p.m. except for Thursday school goes until 2 p.m."

I was scared to say something so I just nodded.

„Good do you have any questions?" He asked.

„No sir, I don't."

„Then your first lesson is English. Great we can go together because I am the English teacher." He smiled.

Oh shit, that won't end well!

As we're walking to the classroom there was nothing but silence. Awkward silence until he spoke

„So you're from Sydney?"

„Yes I am, why?" I asked

„It's not common that someone is moving from Australia to New York. Especially alone."

„Well I wanted my dreams to come true!" I explained

„And?"

I looked at him confused tilting my head.

„Did your dream come true?"

„I'm in New York so I guess my answer is yes!" I smiled to myself.

„I like your smile!" He laughed „It's cute!"

I just laughed awkward because I didn't know what I should say. I mean He's still my principal. Finally, we arrived at the classroom.

„Women's first!" He looked at me and opened the door.

„Thank you!" I said and walked into the classroom.

He went in behind me. He grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and pulled me to the front of the class.

„Everyone shut up and listen!" He ordered „This is Katie, she is new. I want you to be nice to her!"

„You can sit right there." He whispered in my ear and pointed at the empty seat in the back of the class.

I went to the seat and tried to relax a bit but, I couldn't because we got a big stack of papers that we should finish.

„Great!" I mumbled.
