Liam angrily traces back his way.
He slows down when he suddenly hears a neigh.
Seth, inadvertently, had taken the same way–
To reach the girl from the mountain hut.At the crossroads, they stare, face to face.
Seth erased worry from his face, leaving no trace.
He consciously slowed down his pace.
He internally worried about the girl from the mountain hut."Your horse seems to be disobedient, dear sir!"
"I'm sorry! I'm not much of a horse rider!"
Seth tried to sound more natural to cover,
His worry, for the girl from the mountain hut."Hmm," Liam replied. Clearly, he didn't buy that.
Seth only wished to get away from this unwanted chat.
"I'm actually travelling, going this way and that."
He said, not revealing about the girl from the mountain hut.Liam fired questions, expecting an answer.
"What brings you to a road less travelled, sir?
Is it an adventure, plain curiosity, or is it some girl?"
Was he hinting at the girl from the mountain hut?Seth gulped, but he answered without fear.
"I am nothing but an ordinary traveller.
Curious about ways, I simply beg to differ."
He said nothing about the girl from the mountain hut."I must be on my way. It was nice meeting you."
"Likewise," Seth replied, soon before they all withdrew.
Once they were out of sight, could he only view
The dangers surrounding the girl from the mountain hut.The man was the same mysterious person from the bar.
What had brought him here, so far?
Then, in his mind, it dawned upon him, at this hour–
He, too, was looking for the girl from the mountain hut.
