{AT THE HOSPITAL}

<THIRD PERSON POV>

Shuichi just sitting there next to Kaede's bed. He just looking at her peacefully. He felt guilty because he left her alone. He clench his hand and started to cry.

~FLASHBACK~

"Alright...her name is...Kaede Akamatsu." Detective Gumshoe said to Shuichi.

"W-w-what?" Shuichi said in disbelief.

"Isn't that your friend's name?" Maki said while holding his shoulder.

Shuichi stay silent. Both Detective Gumshoe and Maki just look at Shuichi who was verge to snap.

"Did you know the suspect, sir?" Shuichi said while looking down.

"It is appears that Kokichi is the suspect." Detective Gumshoe said with a blank face.

Maki, still holding Shuichi's shoulder saw Shuichi's face....in anger. She feel his anger on his eyes. Maki then slowly put away her hands.

"Is she okay?.." Shuichi said with angry tone.

"Yeah, she's fine but the doctor said that she had a wound across her stomach." said Detective Gumshoe. He stand up from his seat and walked up to Shuichi.

"I'm sorry, Shuichi." said Detective Gumshoe while pat Shuichi's head.

"Which hospital?" Shuichi said.

"The xxxxxx hospital." Detective Gumshoe respond.

~PRESENT~

<KAEDE POV>

I woke up and see a white ceiling. My head is feeling dizzy and I tried to sit but I felt something. As I was trying to sit I saw Shuichi sleeping peacefully. I tried to move less as possible but I accidentally wake up Shuichi.

"Nggh..." Shuichi groaned and lift his head up to look at me."Kaede..?.." he squinted his eyes as he said my name.

"Yes?" I respond to him.

"KAEDE!" he shouted as soon as he fully awake. he hug me and help me to sit afterwards.

"Are you feeling okay?? Did you need water?" he said to me with a worried face.

"I'm feeling okay and I don't need water." I respond to him.

"If you say so..." he said as he slowly sit down. "I'm sorry...." he said with a guilty face. I look at him, confused.

"Why are you apologizing for?" I said while slowly take his hand and caressing it.

"I'm sorry because I left you alone....I should walk to your home!" he shouted as he release his tears.

"H-hey...Its okay. I'm still alive." I said awkwardly.

"You look like a main character who is crying because of their lover die." I said with a smirk.

"F*ck off." he said. We both laugh.

{TIMESKIP}

<THIRD PERSON POV>

Shuichi is in the lobby waiting for someone.

"SHUICHI!"

Shuichi turn around to see his other best friend, Rantarou.

"Is Kaede okay?" he said with a concern face. Shuichi gave him a small smile.

"Yes, she's okay." he said while scratching his neck.

"Oh thank god." Rantarou said with sigh in relief. "Can you give me Kaede's room number?" he said.

"Oh yeah, her room number is xxx, second floor." Shuichi said while looking at the floor.

"Alright, thank you, Shuichi." Rantarou said while running to the elevator. He wave his hand to Shuichi before pressing the button.

<RANTAROU POV>

After I wave to Shuichi, I press the second floor button to meet Kaede. I have a crush on Kaede since high school. I met them when we we're first year. Unfortunately, Kaede had a crush on Shuichi. She always talk about Shuichi. It hurts....really hurts...

**DING**

After arriving the second floor, I walk straight to Kaede's room. Then I arrive and opened the door and I saw Kaede just sitting. She turned around and saw me.

"Hey, Rantarou."

{TIMESKIP}

-WITH SHUICHI-

<THIRD PERSON POV>

Shuichi is outside of his house. He then take his keys and unlocked it. After Shuichi unlocked the door, he opened it and saw a paper fell. He then proceed to pick it up and read it.
