[Author's POV]
In the training grounds of NightRaid we can see Y/n and Tatsumi sparing, while Akame was in the sidelines watching them.
Tatsumi charges at Y/n and sends a fury of attacks to our MC, Y/n block every one and saw an opening, Y/n does a reverse grip on his sword and slashed Tatsumi sending him sliding back.
Tatsumi: Y-Y/n again!
Y/n: You know you should really take it easy.
Akame: He's right, take a break Tatsumi.
Tatsumi: Why would I want to take a break? I told you didn't I? Come at me with intent to kill as if this was a real life and death match. Let's Go!
Tatsumi charges at Y/n again, as Y/n just stood there. While Tatsumi was rushing at Y/n he didn't notice Bulat Infront of him and had his fist Infront of Tatsumi. Tatsumi then crashed at the fist of Bulat and was sent back making Y/n chuckled.
Tatsumi: What the hell?! Aniki?!
Bulat: Shouldn't you mind your surroundings in a real fight? After all you'll never know when an enemy could attack.
Tatsumi: Che!
Bulat: *sigh* Your more fired up than usual, what's up?
Tatsumi: Nothing I just came to realize I need to become stronger to survive.
Bulat: Hm... Looks like you're finally grown!!
He said and patted Tatsumi's back.
Bulat: If you want to get stronger that badly, come hang out with me! I'll show you some stuff!!
Tatsumi: Aniki...
Bulat: Now onto the first lesson! Follow me Tatsumi!
Tatsumi: With pleasure Aniki!!
The both of them left, leaving Y/n and Akame on the training grounds.
Y/n: And they're gone. So what do you want to do now?
Y/n asked and hears a growl coming from Akame's stomach, this made him chuckle.
Y/n: C'mon I'll cook you something, what do you want?
Akame: Meat.
Y/n: Of course.
The both of them left as well heading towards the kitchen.
Time skip.
We can see everyone Infront of Najenda as she had some news.
Najenda: Everyone's here. I have three pieces of bad news to relay... Listen carefully. First, I can no longer contact the local team.
She said making Akame and Bulat surprised.
Tatsumi: Relay team?
Akame: The Empire is vast. We specialize in carrying out Assasination missions in the Capital, but there's another team that handles the areas around it.
Najenda: It's currently being investigated, but the likelihood that they're already dead is high. So be prepared for that...
Lubbock: For the time being, I think it's necessary to strengthen the security of the hide out. Yeah, I'll increase the range of my threads.
Najenda: Secondly, Esdeath has returned.
Najenda said surprising everyone.
Y/n: Who would've thought she would be back so fast.
Najenda: But it seems like her army is left in the north to keep watch though.
Bulat: Then it's safe to say that she wasn't brought back just to deal with the Revolutionary Army, right?
