As per the law of conservation of existence, an event that occurred in the past is conserved and can't be altered. This implies the Near Past.
A similar explanation for Near Past as that of Far Past. Consider an occurred event, let it be, 'the time machine got invented in 2006' (event). This means, the time machine was not in existence before 2006, which means you can't travel into the past before 2006 as the time machine itself was not in existence at that time.
Similarly, if you consider an event, let it be, 'you never went into the past till now. This means you can never go into the past from the present moment as you never did any time travel till now and that event is already conserved. Hence, this makes it clear that time travel to the past is not possible.
Hence, by this time, it is very clear that traveling into the past is not possible as conservation of existence and principles of biology gets violated.
Other consequences of these results are about the paradoxes. The paradoxes which are based on the truth but still don't have any solution to it will not come into existence also. It is because, in the question itself, time travel is used which makes it an invalid paradox.
