While hearing Tracy Byrd's "Holding Heaven" on the radio, Kevin was drinking beer and drives as the cops saw him drunk, and the officer told him to turn it off. Kevin was arrested for drinking and driving, and Rosann told Kevin not to drink and drive. She also told him to put the beer in the trunk.
Kevin is now in jail, and Nolan and Marva Lynn were very shocking. Tim and Laurie were still shocking about her brother's drinking. Deion Sanders came by to visit Kevin's last five kids to play football. While playing "Drinking and Driving" by Johnny Paycheck, Moe told Nolan about Kevin's drinking, and Kevin is still in jail.
