Herschel fell in love with Edwina McDowell, the Floris, Iowa native who works for the circus since 27 years ago. Her cousin Virginia was the bearded lady, who died in 1979, and another cousin Michael is the lobster man like Grady Stiles. The song on the record was "Older Woman" by Edwina's non-related singer Ronnie McDowell.
Nolan and Marva Lynn were at their house as Herschel and Edwina came by. Herschel said about his wedding with her, and they will be attended.
The next day, Herschel and Edwina were married as Scott, Dave, Wade and Tim were attending as did Nolan Marva Lynn. The song on the record was "Boogie Fever" by the Sylvers.
