Chp 15

Teahyung's pov:

Taehyung was staying at his friend's place. He worked hard to find some evidence which might help him. He knew that only one person was not involved in the murder act. There was a whole group of them: which consisted of five people.

Kai, Jake, Taemin, Jay and Soobin.  Song Kai was their leader and every decision was directly or indirectly made by him. Taemin had performed the act of murdering Taehyung's mother and her innocent workers. And Taehyung had killed him already. Four were left. But Taemin's son: Minho had murdered Taehyung's friend as a revenge and then he took the place of his father in the group.

This whole game was so complicated and it took a lot of time for Taehyung to understand it .

All these people had similar backgrounds as that of Taehyung. Some were sons of rich family, others were harassed in someway. But like Taehyung, Jin and Namjoon lived together, helped eachother and earned by positive means; they became bad guys and involved them selves in criminal acts and earned black money.

Taehyung went out to search out Kai's den , in order to find something of his business. Song's group members were hiding sonewhere else due to threats from police.

He sneaked in through the window. The place was quiet and dark. He stepped in to a large room with almost no aeration. There was only stench of cigarettes and blood. And a weared out furniture. The place was dusty and seemed as not used for a long time. Taehyung went through the drawers carefully searching the details. He couldn't find anything in particular.

He opened the cupboard and looked through it. He saw a tattoo book. He took it out. There was his mother's signature on it. He had come to know that her mother had some connection with these people. Of course people murder other people due to some reason. Instead of taking revenge by killing them, Taehyung looked for the reason that caused this incident to happen and afterwards punish them in accordance with the right means.

He folded that book and put it in his pocket. He found a small map that showed the places in the building. It was useful so he also put it with the tattoo book.

Suddenly, the door opened. Taehyung made his best to hide. But soon he was caught. It was Kai himself. He called out his men and they tied Taehyung to a pole in another room.

He was alone:no other group members were with him. Kai walked around Taehyung glaring at him.

Taehyung spit at the floor and glared back.

Kai muttered "Tae, little Tae..... who's gonna take mercy on your innocent little face?"

"I would rather die than to live at your mercy,Kai!", Taehyung snarled.

"Tae, I've no other option than to kill you. "

"Well do it then. I'll go and tell my mom about it."

"Ahhh.... Kim Taegi , she was a beautiful woman."

"Don't bark her name with that mouth!"

"Why?"

"Oh... lemme remind you. You killed her!"

"I never killed her! It was her fault due to which I had no choice. We, I and my beautiful Taegi, we designed tattoos each single day of our life! I taught her and she learned, we dated, we loved each other. I even forgave her when she married someone else. But there was something that I couldn't forgive..... I asked her to give me her most precious tattoo! Was it much ? She never gave me. Wasn't i even that much for her? It was just a tattoo that I wanted on my skin, which she made by her heart! This feeling enraged me . I said , I did said that I hated her. That I'll kill her and I did looked for her. I wanted answers to my questions. I did cursed her . But I never killed her. Never killed my Taegi!",he sobbed hysterically.

Taehyung's eyes watered a bit in remembrance of her mother. He asked with his trembling lips "Then why did Taemin killed her?"

He barked "Because he was greedy. He was greedy for that tattoo. He wanted money. So he killed her. He was of my group but we never committed on something like this! And afterwards , I  thought that I wasn't a bad person before but afterwards I  did became  one. I killed her workers because they hid their daughter from me. That girl was the only one with the tattoo so I wanted her. And I killed her parents. That was the first crime I ever committed."

Taehyung yelled "what was that girl's fault! She -" He could speak no more. His throat was becoming sore and eyes were watering.

"Oh...Tae. I learned a lesson. Never care for anybody else. Never love. Never take mercy! I hope you won't tell anyone about whatever I talked about!"

"I'm not sure!"

"I'm sure because you won't be alive until then. "

Taehyung's eyes widened. Kai went out, locking the door.

Taehyung thought of you. Only you. You lost your parents. He didn't wanted you to lose him. He worried for no one else but you. He did worried a lot.

Kai was still not sure about killing Taehyung since he was the son of his beloved. However, he was in a habit of taking no mercy so he kept him hungry and thirsty, still tied to that pole.

You were really worried. It has been four days since he met you. You at first thought that you should wait for him just as he told you to but then you thought that sitting uselessly like this was only a wastage of time.

You asked Namjoon , while you were heading with him to your work place "how'd you met V?"

He took a breath out and said " I and Jin were childhood friends. We belonged to a rich family but we ran away from home when we were college students. Because we were only being risen to handle the family business. This wasn't the life that we wanted. But because we were together, it was quite helpful for both of us. Taehyung's parents were assassinated. We met him at pizza place. Instead we met him very often from that day and became friends. We became close enough to share our secrets with each other. And we asked Tae to live with us and join us. He had no one except us. And his mother was divorced so no one knows about his father . Since that day, Taehyung has done for us more than brother's can do, despite being the youngest. He saved us from life threatening situations,Y/N. He means very much to me. But he never listens to us. He makes us worried about him a lot. We can also not ask cop's help because Tae have done some crimes as well. We can do nothing except for waiting for him."

"When will all this end? V deserves peace as well."

"Y/N, I'll ask around if someone knows about his whereabouts. I'll try looking for him. Jin hyung is also really worried. "

"Ok. I'll try doing something as well."

"Please be careful. Since ,you're a part of us as well."

You gave him a smile to calm him down.  He patted your shoulder and you went inside.
