Taehyung and you were little back from breaking down. But as all that shit finished, everyone gathered to cut the cake. It was such a relief that now, everything was recorded in a proper way.

All of them held the knife. Jake said "Jay! Why aren't you joining us?"

Taehyung needed to take off his glove. He paused for just a moment and took of his glove. And his hand went forward to join theirs. Taehyung's hand was about to touch the cake but Kai immediately said "stop!"

Taehyung did at once and everyone glanced at Taehyung and then at Kai.

"What's wrong ,Song?"

"Mr. Jay, take off your glasses and mask!"

Your heartbeat stopped. Can he recognize Taehyung's hands?

Anxiety stroke you. You said "he's not feeling fine. He has viral cold. "

"Oh really?" Kai smirked. Rest were silently staring. Weapons were not allowed in there. But you managed to take a gun.

You were about to say something again but Taehyung held your hand. "Showtime, sugarplum!" He whispered.

Both of you slowly backed off from the table. You only hoped that your friend (FBI agent) had taken over the security. And as Kai called the guards in, no one came. You smiled at him. And he got frustrated than ever.

Only Jake, Minho and Kai had gun over there. They quickly took it out and pointed at you. "There's no reason for me to spare you now, Y/N!" Kai barked.

"You do!" Everyone turned around to see Taehyung pointing a gun at Kai.

"Jay. Where do you think he is?" Taehyung smirked.

Imma proud of ma man!

You smiled even broadly now.

"Crap!" You heard him bark.

Kai said in a loud voice "now listen everyone. If you want this event to happen again next year, including our  next success of Taehyung's and Y/N's murder, we must sacrifice Jay. What do you think are we living for?"

No one agreed at first. You were almost sure that no one would agree.

Then he said "if we don't agree now, we all will rot in jail! We must or all of us will die!"

There were still confusing. You smiled and said "except Song Kai's group, all of you are free to walk out. Cause, the one who'll remain in, would not get out, ever!"

Everyone ran outside. Jake tried escaping among the crowd too but you rushed forward and grabbed him. He attempted to punch you but you blocked it and give him an attack which made him land on the floor at once. He fainted .

Now the remaining three seemed panic. Taehyung was alone handling the three of them. You rushed forward to join him. Kai managed to run out of there inside another room. Taehyung went after him. The last thing that you saw was the door being locked.

Taehyung's gun was dropped on the floor near you.

Crap! Kai still has his gun!

You shot Minho in his arm he fell down moaning. "Take that you.$#&^×€#€"

You had taken all of them down. Now you ran towards the door where Taehyung was. You knocked but no response.

Just then, a group of bodyguards came rushing.  You ran outside, distracting them from reaching Taehyung. The main entrance was closed once you went out.

You threw off your coat and wrapped your knuckles by your a piece of cloth and ran forward to take them down, one by one.

At this moment, you only thought about Taehyung. Maybe he still had a soft corner in his heart for his biological father. Only you believed that Kai was never, not even for a second worried about Taehyung.

To him, blood relations, indeed all the relations were a joke. And he did intended to see Taehyung dead. He just wanted to kill him. What if he shoots him inside?

Taehyung's POV:

Taehyung stood there infront of Kai, looking directly in his eyes. There was no emotion in Kai's eyes. He was just..... as cold as ever. Kai said "I'm your papa. Tae."

"Never was. Never will be."

"My Taegi might be missing you a lot. Why should I not send you there?"

"Bullshit! Try me."

He sighed "why she and not you! Why him and not me! That's all the summary of my life, son."

"You think I love you? Not even once in my life, I felt about you as my father! You just my worst enemy. Who killed Y/N's parents and you were the cause my mom went away too! I'll never bother to leave you alive."

Both of them sent furious glares to each other.

You were hiding behind a rusted car, looking for a way to get in, by some means. You had small cuts and some bruises over your body and you felt really exhausted. You felt glass penetrated in your feet skin. Because you took off your heels long ago.

You moved around and searched for a window or something. But you couldn't find one. You couldn't go back to the main entrance because there were guards all over the place, looking for you.

Just then, you heard a bullet shot. Your heart drowned. You realized for a moment that you were losing your senses. Your brain stopped working and with a thug, you were on the ground.

You don't remember for how much long, you remained lying there.

Someone shook you. You slowly got up and touched your head with your palm. You opened your eyes. Blinking, you caught a glance of the figure in front of you.

Your tears rolled down your cheeks. "Am I dead?"

"Yes. And we're in heaven." Taehyung smiled at you.

You touched his face. "But you seem real?"

"Sugarplum, we did it. Kai is dead. "

"You must be kidding me!"

"Oh. Baby. Look around. There are cops. They are clearing off the mess."

"Really?"

"Yes. Now embrace me."

You weakly dragged yourself forward in his arms. Your head laid helplessly on his chest. He slowly ruffled your hair.

And the next moment, you were gone again. It had been three days, since you were awake. You didn't had the stamina to take it anymore.
