"Oh my God" was all I said before I sat up on the counter and placed a kiss on his lips, sending electric shivers through me. It was over too soon though because I heard a cough through the silence.
Our heads snapped to the side and I saw Alex staring awkwardly at us.
"Sam? Who is this?" He asked looking astounded.
"Um er uuuummmmmm he errr uh" I said but thankfully Draco answered for me.
"Hi I'm Draco Malfoy" he said sending Alex a nod.
"Oooohhhhh, you're him" he said realizing "I'll just um go then. Sam you can take the rest of the day off" he said with a nervous and sad smile
"Thanks Alex, I'll see you tomorrow" I said and he disappeared into the back once again.

I turned back to face the beautiful creature in front of me.
"What the hell are you doing here?" I said
"Aren't you happy to see me, I could go?" He said with a smirk
"No. But really how did you know I would be here? Did you even know I would be here? Like what did you-" I started.
"Okay before you crush me with your questions, let me just explain. Okay so, after a few months after I went to my mother she kind of found someone, someone to look after her and she said that I could go. So I wanted to try and find you because I knew that I would never be able to live with myself if I didn't even try to look for you. And then I remembered that while we were playing 20 questions you said that you wanted to go to Amsterdam. So I got a plane ticket and prayed to whatever is out there that you would be here and you are" he said with that smile. That smile that I hoped I would see again, that smile that made me melt and that same smile that I knew was different from the others.
"I can't believe you're here, I-I thought I would never see you again and I realized that I can't function without . . .you" I said
"I know Samantha, I thought and continue to think of you every single day and I'm so happy I found you" he said and gave me a hug.
"Mantha?" He said into my hair
"Yes?" I said
"Well I was thinking that since we have never had a proper date before, maybe I could take you to dinner?"

Draco took me to a fancy restaurant, and after we got ice cream from an ice cream truck. We walked and talked for hours, that hadn't nearly made up for the time we had lost but it was a start.
Draco walked me home and as he opened the door and he stopped so we could finish our conversation about food, we ran into Adam.
"and there's this adorable little bakery that we have to go to" I said
"Yeah we should go for breakfast tomorrow, what's it calle-" he started but didn't get to finish.
"Sam? Who the freaking hell is this?" I heard Adams voice say. I looked up and at the top of that flight of stairs stood Adam.
"Adam meet Draco, Draco meet Adam. Draco, Adam is a close friend of mine and Adam, Draco is my. . .um boyfriend" I said
"Hm are you now? I'm just saying that if I hear so much as a whisper of you not treating Sam properly I will personally hunt you down and break all the bones in your body, got it?" Adam said harshly
"Adam!" I said
"Don't worry, I'm used to getting death threats for dating Samantha and I promise you as long as I live she will be safe and loved" he said and I knew that he meant it.
"Well then, I hope that's true mate, but I will keep my side of the bargain if anything were to happen" he said and smiled.

3 years later

I woke up as light streamed into our apartment. Sending yellow and white rays of sunlight dancing through the air. I blinked a few times before I was fully awake and aware. I felt the familiar and comforting arm around my waist, and I turned around to face him.
He looked so peaceful while he slept, he was completely relaxed and calm. His hair was ruffled from sleep, a few strands falling in front of his closed eyes and before I looked any further those eyes opened to reveal grey orbs. His eyes that I had looked into so many times but each time just as fascinated as the last.
"Morning beautiful" he said smiling
"Morning grey eyes" I chirped. That's how we greeted each other sometimes. We would occasionally name each other by something that we love about one another's appearance. For example maybe one morning I would call him platinum blond and one morning he called me black hair and green eyes.
"You know what day it is dont you?" I asked
"How could I forget" he said
Today was our 5th year anniversary for when we became boyfriend and girlfriend, it was a Saturday so we both didn't have to go to work.

We got up and Draco went to shower while I made coffee for us. I put the kettle on and reached for the mugs in the top cabinet and went to the fridge to get the milk. I got the coffee and the sugar and once the water was done boiling I put everything together. Just as I finished I felt two arms around my waist and a kiss on my head.
"I need to ask you something" he whispered
"Mhm? What is it?" I asked curiously as he sat me down at the table.
"Samantha Samuels, the love of my life, my love and my life would you be my wife?" He said and opened the little box he had in his hand to a magnificent ring that was in one word: me, instantly my mind went buzzing.

After all we've been through, we made it. We survived the roller coaster that was planned for us. And even when fate parted us we managed to find each other again, when no one supported us we stood strong and when no one believed in us and when we didn't believe in ourselves, we had some sort of hope. We had hope that we would someday be together again and now, we are. I have no clue what my future holds, I have no idea of what's going to happen but all I do know at this moment in my life is that Draco is definitely and will always be a part of it.
So with no hesitation I answered him with one word that would change my life, he changed it once...for the better. He changed it again...for the worst and you know what they say the third times the charm and so I answered him with the same word that he had answered my question back at Hogwarts, that same word that got us together.
"Yes" I whispered

HI. OH MY GOD OKAY SO WOW THATS THE END OF IT ALL WOW. UM OKAY.

I just want to thank you all so much. I really can't thank you enough for dealing with me and my awful writing. I hope that you guys liked reading it as much as I liked writing it.
