Chapter 26

The loud gunshot and jimin's scream bought taehyung's attention towards the sound he turned his head to see jimin falling backward, he was quick to catch his lover in his arms as jimin fell.

his head resting on taehyung's chest as his eyes closed his vision going pitch black, the last thing he saw was the beautiful face of his beloved taehyung crying as he smiled softly before it all turned to hell for taehyung.

"Jimin!!!" Taehyung screamed patting his unconscious lover's face softly to bring him back, but nothing seems to works, when jimin's hand dropped from his lap on the ground like the soul left his body completely his heart stopped beating for a second when he stared at jimin lying on the ground "no look at me jimin please, why'd you have to always jump in front of a bullet idiot" taehyung cries out as he lifts jimin up in  bridal style and ran towards the gate

Jungkook shot a bullet towards yoongi again quickly as he watched jimin falling into taehyung's arms making sure to take a headshot of the older male so he won't be nuisance anymore, then took care of everyone in the building with his men snatching away every last breath of his boss's enemies

Taehyung was driving his car as jimin sat in his lap hugging his body lifelessly his vision was getting blurry and blurry tears kept running down his eyes he was soaked in scarlet blood of jimin once again I become the reason for jimin's pain and suffering he thinks and sobbed out again that comes out more like a whimper

His whole body was shaking in fear, fear of losing jimin again and fear to never get to see him smile again or to hold him again, he can't imagine his life without him he lost him once he can't afford to lose him twice and this time when there's no hope that he'll come back his heart clenched painfully even at the thought of it

He stopped his car In front of the hospital's gate he didn't bother to park the car in the parking lot, he carefully took jimin out of the car and quickly ran inside still holding jimin who showed no sign of living, his heart was beating louder echoing in his ears, the one nurse and doctor ran towards him seeing the blood and unconscious jimin in his arms

He stopped walking as he felt jimin's heart not beating against his chest, it's the first time he was hugging jimin so closer but he can't feel his heart beating and his world stopped. the doctor screamed at him to hand him jimin that he was holding so tight but he couldn't understand anything,

"No don't, jimin!!" he screamed as they snatched jimin away from him and took him into ICU, he fall on the ground-hugging his knees crying in his hands,

"I think, I will spend my whole life waking you up taehyung"

"Are you planning to spend your whole life with me?"

"Yess, I will live with you until I get old and then we'll die together and then we'll come as a ghost hunting everyone"

"We'll live together we'll die together and become ghosts together" 

Their laughs echoed in taehyung's ears, he scoots into the corner putting his hands on his ears to block the noises as he felt someone's hand on his head, he raised his head to look up "jungkook" he hugged the familiar boy, he needs someone who feels like a family and jungkook was exactly the person he needed right now,

Jungkook rubbed circles on his back soothingly "his heart wasn't beating kook, his heart..." His voice cracked as a sob escaped his mouth "I can't live without him" he clenched jungkook's shirt hopelessly "don't give up hyung, he'll be alright nothing will happen to your jimin"

Jungkook's words echo a spark in taehyung's heart lightening a flicker of hope in his dark heart, after some moments when jungkook make sure taehyung calmed down he held him and made him stand up from the cold ground and sat him down on the waiting chairs "I'll talk to the doctors, stay here" taehyung nods his head as slow whimpers were still leaving his mouth
