Your P.O.V.

"So, you're telling me you might not be able to hang out Friday...?" Cian frowned.

"Yeah, I'm sorry. My parents are being fucking stupid about this," I sighed.

"All because you came home like- 20 minutes late?" Cian asked.

"Not exactly. To my dad I 'talked back'." I rolled my eyes.

"God, your parents are actually stupid. I'm sorry, but they are." Cian commented. I laughed a bit.

"Yeah, they can be. It's whatever though. My Mom's trying to convince my Dad to let me off the hook by Friday, so hoping for the best there." I sighed.

"Yeah, let's hope for the best..." Cian said. Cian looked around. "Hey, have you seen Ranboo or Violet today?" Cian asked, giving a worried look.

"Ranboo was on the bus, but he said he had to talk to a teacher this morning so he'd be a bit late. He'll either be here soon, or be in the classroom." I answered.

"Well, speaking of class... We should head to class, before we're late. We've got about 5 minutes." Cian said.

"Shit, I have to get all the way across the school in that time– Uhh cya!" I said, quickly walking off before I could hear Cian's response.

I walked up however many stairs I needed to and was practically out of breath. I walked into the room, with barely two minutes to spare. I saw Ranboo sitting at our desk, writing some stuff down. I walked over.

"Oh hey!" Ranboo smiled.

"Hey," I said, sitting in the stool nearly dying.

"Jesus, you good? You're acting like you ran a marathon," Ranboo joked. I rolled my eyes.

"I ran all the way here because I was almost late while talking to Cian..." I answered. I took a minute to just try breathing. "What were you talking to your teacher about?"

"Just some missing work I had to do. Got it all figured out though," Ranboo answered.

"Nice, nice. I spent the rest of my night doing homework and attempting to study!" I said, joyfully as a joke.

"How'd that go?" Ranboo asked.

"I fell asleep at my desk more than once–" I laughed awkwardly. Ranboo laughed in return.

"Good job. Well hey, you should be well rested today, right?" Ranboo asked. I laughed.

"HA! Barely. I want to sleep more man-" I said.

"Understandable, especially with how boring school is," Ranboo smiled. The bell rang. Jesus, we talked that much in like- a minute?

"Trueee," I said. Suddenly, I got a text on my phone. I looked down and saw it was my mom. I smiled widely. "Good news, I'm ungrounded as of tomorrow! My mom convinced my Dad somehow!" I smiled widely.

"Ayyy, so then we could hang out or something if you wanted?" Ranboo asked.

"I mean, yeah possibly!" I said.

"Let's not have a repeat of yesterday," Ranboo joked.

"Yeah, please no–" I laughed awkwardly.

The day dragged on. It was now time for lunch. I sat down with Cian, and Violet walked over.

"Cian, I've got some good news!" I said, setting my stuff down then sitting down.

"What's up?" Cian asked.

"I'm free after today!" I smiled. Cian smiled widely.

"Hell yeah! Friday is gonna be amazing!" Cian cheered. Ranboo walked over.

"Cian seems happy. You told them about Friday, didn't you?" Ranboo asked. I nodded.

"Yep!" I smiled.

"Oooo this is gonna be amazing! I already have some plans~" Cian smirked. We looked over at him with a worried expression.

"Oh God, what do you have planned...?" I asked.

"Ohhh, nothinggg. You'll see Friday!" Cian smirked, while looking at Violet. Violet was also smirking. This was definitely a little worrisome...

"I no longer wanna go," I joked.

"Aww don't be a pussy!" Cian said. I laughed a bit.

"What the hell is even happening man–" Ranboo asked.

"Don't question it, it's Cian." I joked.

"Exactly!" Cian said. We all sort of just laughed.

We continued talking, until the bell rang. We all went to our boring classes. The day continued to drag on. But finally, the day ended. I wasn't sure if I was happy to be going home, or wanting to stay at school since I wouldn't be super bored. Luckily, with how my parents get home late, I'd have my phone up until they got home.

I walked out of the school, and found Ranboo. We didn't really say much, since we didn't have really anything to talk about that day.

"Oh shoot, this is random, but I forgot to say this earlier– You're going to have to talk to Dream soon, about how things are going on the SMP, and to discuss lore stuff. It isn't too big of a deal, so don't worry too much," Ranboo said as we sat down.

"Don't worry too much...? So, I should worry?" I asked. Ranboo rolled his eyes.

"I mean, it's normal to be a bit anxious, especially when talking to Dream one-on-one for the first time," Ranboo said.

"Don't make me more worried about this!" I joked. Ranboo laughed a bit.

"I'm sorry, that wasn't my intention, I promise," Ranboo said. I rolled my eyes.

"It's fine, it's fineeee. So... Is this lore talk going to be talked about with everyone else, or just me and Dream?" I asked.

"Usually if you're just joining, it'll be just to talk about how you're liking the SMP so far, and maybe talk about your lore character if you're going to be having one," Ranboo explained. That was definitely nice to know.

"Alright, so nothing major," I sighed with relief.

"Nope, nothing big. Don't overthink it. It'll be amazing," Ranboo said.

"That's good to know," I smiled.

We continued talking for a bit longer, before we got to Ranboo's stop. We said our goodbyes, and now it was time to wait. Soon, I got to my house.

I walked in, and quickly grabbed a snack before heading up to my room. I sat at my desk and started it up. Discord started soon after, and I saw a message from Dream. He was asking if I was free to call anytime soon. I told him I was free whenever, and we decided we'd call at 4. That gave me around 30 minutes to just chill out before joining the call.

I started up Minecraft and played for a bit, before having to join the call. Dream and I had a pretty good conversation, just about how things have been going and about my character in canon streams. I was really looking forward to it.

For the rest of the day, I spent my time really just playing Minecraft and doing homework. Finally, I went to sleep somewhat earlier than usual.

Sorry this chapter was shit! I'ma admit it, it was a bit of a filler😅 but next chapter will be the sleepover, and that'll be veryyy interesting~ I'm excited
