Reunited with Puss

Miara's POV

We hid behind a wall and started to form a plan. I tilted my head and moved my ears. From behind us, I think I heard bickering. It was coming closer. I told the girls to keep quiet and took out my sword. When I leapt out, I pointed my sword at whoever it was but lowered it. It was Puss!  

My eyes widened with shock. I hugged him, and he hugged me back. " I'm so glad you're back, Puss." I said, and he said, " I missed you."

I looked behind him to see Donkey, the wolf, the pigs, the mice, and everyone!

" Who are you?" I asked when I saw a guy with blonde hair.

" I'm Arthur, the new king."

" You look better than I thought you would."

Then Puss got all jealous and said, " You don't like him, do you?"

I said, " I don't like anyone more than I like you, Puss."

" That is nice to hear."

I scoffed.

" Arthur won't be king if we don't stop Charming, who, to be honest, isn't charming at all," said Fiona. 

" We will stop this Charming guy. He has done enough damage to Miara, and everyone else. Actually, mostly Miara." said Puss.

" Seriously? I mean, throwing me in a cell is bad, but he's done worse to other people!" I said.

" Um, guys?" asked Fiona

" Yeah?"

" Where is Shrek?"

That's when Donkey yelled, " Charming's got Shrek and is planning on killing him!"

" Couldn't you have said this earlier?" I told him.

Fiona looked stunned. " Okay, here is the plan. But everyone needs to be ready to fight."

It was time to save Shrek, and show Charming and Rapunzel what pain is!
