Wolverine's Return

MJ: "Peter wait!"

Spider-Man: "What?"

(She ran up to him and lifted his mask and kissed him sweetly)

MJ: "Stay safe. I don't wanna have to send out a search party for you too."

(Spider-Man looked away and nodded slowly before hopping into the teleporter, sending him back down to Earth)

(Spider-Man swung across Gotham, hoping his spider sense would give him some clue or something)

(Then he heard a sound and leapt down into an alley to investigate)

(He saw Wolverine facing off against some goons)

Spider-Man: "Logan..?"

Mobster: "Little early for Halloween ain't it freak?"

Wolverine: "I wouldn't go there if I was you, bub."

Mobster: "Okay boys. Time to peel this guy out of his monster suit!"

Wolverine: "Don't say I didn't warn ya!"

(He beats them up but to Spider-Man's surprise, doesn't kill any of them)

(Wolverine grabbed the leader by the shirt and shoves him into the wall)

Mobster: "What are you..?"

Wolverine: "The Wolverine!"

(Points claw at his neck)

Wolverine: "Tell me something, bub. Where the fuck's Batman?"

Mobster: "Wha..? How should I know?"

(Wolverine growled and went to decapitate him when a web pulled his arm back)

(The Mobster fell and ran off as Spider-Man leapt down)

Wolverine: "Was wondering when you bubs would cross my path."

Spider-Man: "So I'm assuming you heard about Batman?"

Wolverine: "Duh. What do ya think I been doing? Interrogating these shit heads for fun?

Spider-Man: "You have any leads?"

Wolverine: "Not yet. Workin on it. How bout you and your high and mighty club house pals?"

Spider-Man: "Heh. No they've got didilly squat. That's why I'm here. Guess I needed to blow off steam."

Wolverine: "Well you've come to the right place, bub. Ain't no shortage o assholes to blow steam off on down here."

Spider-Man: "Ew. Okay um..maybe we should just work together. Y'know for old times sake?"

Wolverine: "Heh. I thought I wasn't allowed on your little team no more."

Spider-Man: "Clark said we needed all hands on deck for this. I'm pretty sure yours would come in handy."

(Logan popped his claws)

Wolverine: "These hands do have a way of gettin the job done."

(Space base)

Spider-Man: "Look who dragged the wolf back in!"

Wolverine: "I ain't a wolf, bub."

Superman: "..Logan...you're back.."

Wolverine: "Sure am. You want my help finding Bat Bub? Cause if not, I'm more than happy to get the hell outta here.."

(Superman offered his hand)

(Wolverine hesitantly shook it)

Superman: "I'm sorry about what I said. We need you."

(They shared a grin)

Lois: "Okay that's it. Group hug time. Bring it in."

(Group hug)

(MJ sniffs)

MJ: "Ew."

Spider-Man: "Sorry."
