Clad in a backless black dress that stopped a couple of inches to my knees, my favorite pair of heels, I was dressed to dance the weekend away.
"Your brother is gonna faint if he ever sees you in this."she said, laughing her ass off while we hailed a cab.

"Speak for yourself, I'm not the only one who's gonna die when our brothers find out,at least we will die together, I'm making sure I take you with me to the underworld....as you always said,TILL DEATH DO US PART. You my dear are stuck with me."

Lhae and I made our way to our favorite and most frequented club, Cloud 69.

Brought back memories,I remember the first time we went clubbing, it's was exciting and all but the stare was too much so we tried to go somewhere else.

That's when...,.. we learnt that being black and getting entries into clubs was a whole different mood,I mean it was so damn difficult. We were bummed out about the whole"Sorry,no foreigners allowed" shit at first,.... ( just say you don't allow black people into your club).

We then get into clubs that bounced us before in disguises but it just didn't feel right,so.... we decided to find one that best suited us.

It was hard to get into any club until we met someone who handing out fliers to the grand reopening of the club.
Long story short,we made two new friends that night and a place to call home.

Eun Ju(the new boss) had just bought the club at the time and was hoping to create a space where everyone was welcome regardless of status and nationality.

It has been our favorite place to hangout since then we made a few friends too. We could be ourselves here but it seemed we've been missing in action for a some time now.

The club was packed like always, we made a beeline for the bar,got a seat and started ordering right away a couple of shots never hurts anyone.

Lightly swaying to music and sipping on a cocktail, I didn't see the angry figure with plans to smother us making it's way towards us. Almost spilling her drink, Lhae was attacked from behind by a girl who won't just stop squealing. We both turned around to see that our attacker was no one but our friend who helped us discover this paradise.

"How long has it been since you both last came here?
I've missed you soo much, still looking gorgeous as always. " she asked in excitement.

"Yeah it's been a while since we last dropped by, Kenneth gave us a scolding just before we walked in, so it's best you spare us the rest for now.
More importantly we've missed you too girl, just ask Lhae you've were planning to visit sooner". I said staring at Lhae.

"I would have maybe missed her if she hadn't cause me to not only choke but also spill my drink", she said a little pissed.

"I was planning on visiting, I just wished my brother would stay of my back just a little. I'm no longer a kid you?! "

He's just doing what a brother should. You should count yourself lucky you know,at least all that your brother wants is to know where you are at all times, ours are far worse.

I had... and lost..... a boyfriend in a minute. My relationship lasted for a minute it ended before it began I still believe you have it easy tho.

We laughed and caught up to what had happened in our absence.
"Does this mean we are forgiven? I asked after the laughter piped down.
"You know I can't stay mad at you for long, I just wished you had called to let us know you were kkoth ok."

"Let's talk about something fun,,did you know that our club is so popular it's now visited by celebs? I nearly fainted the first time an A-list actress walked in here wanting a table".
You can't see them though cos they are in the VIP sections up there, she said pointing to the tinted walls we failed to notice when we walked in.
"That's good news, all the promotion paid of, so when do I get my free drinks I do remember helping out a lot with the promotions."
