I stand up, "Why do they want to see me?"

"Archie, please do not ask questions. Just come with me." Lucinda tells, grabbing my arm and pulling me.

I don't try to resist, knowing it would probably be a bad idea to disobey a teen witch. In spite of that, I do speak, "Lucinda, if they want me to leave then I can just go."

"Well, that fact is not for certain at this time. This is a unique situation." Lucinda replies, still tugging me along.

"What is so unique about it? Please Lucinda, just tell me."

She stops abruptly, turning to me. "You will find out once we enter this room." She finished with a little gesture to the door behind her.

"Lets just go in then." I say, taking a step toward the door, just wanting to know what they want with me.

"Wait," Lucinda starts, taking a step into my way, "Only as long as you do not get... defensive."

"What does that have to do with anything?" I ask,  slightly upset.

Before Lucinda could answer she jumps as the door opens behind her and Elias peeks his head out. "Are you two coming in, or not?"

Lucinda looks at me with worry in her eyes. "Yeah." I say stepping forward, shoving past Lucinda and going into the room. She follows but I can see the anger plastered on her face.

Once inside I glance around. The first thing thst catches my eye is an oak desk sandwiched between a red leather chair and a bare, wooden one.  Catherine is leaning against the wall behind the desk, eyeing me as Elias walks over and takes a seat in the tall, leather-back chair. The desk must be his.

"Take a seat," Elias commands, pointing to the wooden chair sitting in front of the desk.

I do so, knowing it is better if I just obey him.

"Now, you see, Lucinda and Catherine have told me something that has caught my attention. Unfortunately, I must question you once again," Elias claims, ending in a sad note that I could tell was forced.

I look from Catherine to Lucinda and then back at Elias, "What did they say?"

"I told you, he does not know about it himself," Lucinda claims stepping closer to me.

"How could he not know Lucinda?" Elias shouts at her, anger painted on his face.

"He has not unlocked it for say. The last time he even came close to it was two years ago." Catherine answers, even if the question was not directed towards her.

Immediately Elias practically screams, "I do not believe that! Archibald did you know you have spirit!?!"

I personally don't know why this story takes me a while to write but for this chapter I wanted to get the dialogue just right. I also want to apologize for the length of the last few (including this one) for being short. But, thanks for reading and feel free to comment and vote as you wish♡☆♡
