Zhongli sighed rubbing his eyes, he had been drinking tea alone. Like always, he had just been watching the scenery, and just like that it was night and his tea was cold. He laid down on the grass staring at the stars.
He heard footsteps, he didn't move an inch Zhongli only let out a breath not minding the company he had from this person, he felt calm. The presence of this person was calming.
It was silent.
Neither of them dared to break the peaceful silence. Only the sounds of crickets and their breathing could be heard, Zhongli closed his eyes taking a deep breath. The person sat down and from what Zhongli thought, they were looking at the stars too.
They weren't, they just silently admired Zhongli. Well who could blame them he was beautiful under the moonlight, the orange tips of his hair seemed to glow. Well that's what they thought at least.
"Hey"
The anonymous person broke the silence, their voice was soft and gentle. Zhongli opened his eyes, he stared.
Ocean blue eyes stared back.
"Hello" The orange haired boy smiled "I know this is kind of creepy to say but...you're beautiful" Zhongli's eyes shifted to the side, he stayed silent. The orange haired boy leaned back "Ha...Not quite the talker huh?" Zhongli sat up he continued to stay silent "mm" The red head laughed softly "Well my name is Childe so I hope that makes us a little closer to a friendship"
Zhongli stared at Childe "What an odd name..." Childe jumped a little "Wow you're beautiful and you have a nice voice to go with it? Nature couldn't get more unfair then this"
Zhongli chuckled softly, Childe was taken aback by this ¨Wow..¨ Childe looked up at the moon ¨I think I fell inlove with you just now¨ The orange haired man laughëd ¨Just kidding..maybe..¨ Zhongli got up off the floor ¨Well...I think you're quite the looker yourself so how about we start over a cup of tea?"
Childe laughed a bit shocked at what he said ¨alright shall we then? Any day will work for me, how about tomorrow 2 PM?¨ Zhongli smiled ¨Yes that will work, Let's meet at the Wangsheng funeral parlor? Then we can go somewhere from there.¨ Childe got up ¨Wow you planning my funeral already? How comforting.¨
Zhongli shook his head ¨Of course not" Childe chuckled ¨You're just so beautiful, like a Glaze lily¨
