"Another patrol completed." Tina sighed and handcuffed the unconscious thug.
I nodded and gave the thumbs up to Ladybug.
A lot has happened in 6 weeks. Finding out The Brotherhood of Light and The Outlaws, Chloe being a member of The Brotherhood, cloning. It's been pretty chaotic.
"Is it me or has our patrols been a little bit more intensive than how it was 3 years ago?" Chat asked.
"Now that you mentioned it, I think the majority of the criminals are saying "Es lebe die Bruderschaft". Luka replied.
"Doesn't that mean "Long live The Brotherhood?" Zoe asked.
"Yeah. How did you know?" Nino asked.
"I learned a bit of Russian from a friend of mine back in my previous school." Zoe said.
"You think you have won? The Brotherhood will-." The thug began until Rodrigo fired a shock bullet at him, knocking him out.
"I heard enough about The Brotherhood. Al infierno con ellos." Rodrigo said bitterly.
"You me and everyone else." Tina replied. We heard the sirens. The police nodded at us with thanks and took the thugs to their van. We went to the roof and parted ways. Tina and I went back to my house.
"Are you ok, T?" I asked. Tina shrugged.
"I don't really know. Last year, my father was killed. And now, my mother and Sean are dead. If only I didn't surrender to them." She replied.
I hugged her from behind.
"You're not the only one. 12 years ago, my parents were killed by the Spade King. Now, my godfather is also dead. But they wouldn't want us to call in quits." I said.
Tina nodded. "I guess your right. For now, let's look forwards to the future."
"I'm not even sure if I look forward to the future." I replied.
"So much for the optimism." Tina chuckled.
"I'm being a realist." I pouted.
Tina smirked and kissed me.
"Get ready for bed. And also shave, your beard is ticklish." She said and went to our room. I sighed and scratched my growing sideburns.
Guess I do need to shave.
