"I must say that you have a certain way of causing trouble. The heroes didn't respond immediately which puzzles and weighs on me. But then again, why that place instead of a mall or a train station?" Ujiko asked.
"A mall has too many variables to consider especially when its fully packed. Too much resistance and a perfect spot for heroes to keep an eye on. A station would've been my second choice if not for the time of day and train schedules affecting the number of people around. So I chose the festival instead." Queen Roach replied.
"You thought this one through. But the behavior generated is what really got my attention. They seemed somewhat reckless and unaware of pain. Did you tell them to ignore that?"
"They only did what I told them. I didn't say react to injuries or anything like that."
"Interesting, well regardless I think we should take your offer seriously," Ujiko grunted.
"Just tell me what needs to be done." She replied.
"Hold on a minute! I see a glaring issue with her quirk," Shigaraki said.
"And that is?"
"You can take over anyone's mind?"
"Yes."
"Can you find out anything about them? Like what quirks they have? Or their identity?"
"Augmentation doesn't do that. I have to be observant of my selection beforehand."
"Then you have no idea who you targeted at the festival? Those were UA students!" Toga said.
"So what? I made them behave like any rogue teenager would."
"The school is going to be looking hard into this until they find you. And so will pro-heroes."
"Hmph! Is there anyone who they wouldn't look for?"
"I suggest that you be more careful with who you target!" Shigaraki said.
"Perhaps; then again haven't you targeted them before?"
"You got a lot of nerve to talk like this."
"Calm down Shigaraki; I think we should take a chance with her. She might be of use for someone special that has gotten my attention."

When she woke up, her head was spinning and she felt that sharp load again on her brain.
Kendo was in a lit room and lying on a bed.
There was a strong itching on her head; as she moved her hand, a sudden jolt rattled her wrist.
She saw her hands were handcuffed to the bed.
The pain kept getting worse and worse but it was like she couldn't do anything except wait in agony for anything to happen.
What was going on? How did she get to where she was? Why did her head hurt so much? And what was that horrible smell?
Where was he?
Where was Midoriya?
She remembered seeing him before waking up there.
At the festival.
Was he hurt too? Oh kami what was happening?
"Izuku!" She cried out.
"Huh? Did you say something?" A voice replied.
It wasn't his but rather of an older man. He stepped into the room wearing a police uniform.
"Excuse me miss, but what's wrong?"
"What happened to me? Where are we?"
"You don't remember? How we had to restrain you last night and sedate you? How we brought you here? You don't remember any of that?"
"No I don't. Please tell me what is going on!" She panicked.
"Calm down, you're in a special hospital for people with quirk accidents. The doctors here have been running tests to see what has happened to you. How do you feel?"
"My head is hurting a lot."
"I'll get a nurse to see you right away."
Several minutes passed before she began receiving treatment for her migraine; it didn't take long for a nurse's healing quirk to make the pain subside. Despite a detailed explanation, it took longer for Kendo to figure out and finally understand what happened.
"Oh Izuku..." she whimpered.
"Who's Izuku?" The nurse asked.
"My boyfriend; he was with me before I blacked out from that hypnosis quirk."
"Ah yes, I remember talking to him afterwards. He should be back at the school by now," the officer said.
She breathed a sigh of relief.

A few hours later, she and Shiozaki were given a prescription to combat the bizarre quirk side effects and then released to Mr. Kan who was waiting to bring them back to UA.
At least they weren't in trouble.
