THE GREAT EIGHT DAYS

CHAPTER 2 - DAY 1

The next morning as the sun was rising from the west the sisters began their journey to the Bronze Forest. They kept going in the Bronze Forest. It was a very dense forest. As they were going deeper and deeper in the forest it was getting dark because of the heavy bronze branches. They were getting scared and so they began to hold each other's hand. They were not able to find that particular Bronze tree. They kept searching and searching for it. They were tired so they thought of taking rest by sitting under a tree. They later realized that the tree under which they are sitting is very huge as compared to other trees, but they didn't do anything about it.

Later a voice came, "What do you want ?".

They were shocked. They got up and began to look here and there. Then they realized that the tree under which they were sitting was the place from where they heard the voice.

The tree again said, "What do you want?"

Ruby replied, "We need to go underground as we have to meet that evil creature, please let us go".

The tree agreed. It winked its eyes and the fairies automatically found themselves underground. They looked around in frowned faces. They were quietly looking around till Amber said, "Such a dirty place ".

They kept walking in that place very carefully. They heard a voice but they had no idea what sort of voice it was. They kept going near it. They finally reached the centre of the Precious world. They understood this as they saw the roots made of glass, as the centre of the precious world is "Glassy", the tree made of glass. And this was the only tree with different root. The glass roots were showing some directions, north, south, east and west. They had no option but to go in all the four direction and find a way to the first test. They started from the north direction. Heading forward they found a small ball like thing. Later they saw that there were many of those balls lying in that area. They went in the direction from where balls were coming.

"Ugh, there is nothing. We are just simply wasting our time", said Amber.

"Yeah. And these are not even balls. These are tangled roots", said Pearl.

"Let's go in the south direction", said Ruby.

They turned towards the south direction. They kept walking and walking till they found some nicely shaped sticks. Again they walked towards it and found that these are silly fallen roots. They got frustrated like never before. They were literally roaming from the time they entered just to find a way for the first test. They till now found nothing. Poor fairies had no option but to go in the east direction. They kept moving ahead in the east direction. This time they found something hopeful. It was a beam of light coming from the end of the east of Precious world. They kept running and met a wall. This was the east end of this world.

"The light was not coming from this side, it was actually reaching this side from the opposite direction", said Ruby.

"I am tired. I don't wanna do this boring work anymore", said Amber.

"Don't lose your heart dear. We have already explored the three directions. Only west side is remaining. Don't you wanna destroy the enemy who always keeps torturing us?", asked Pearl.

"Yes of course, I want to. But are we even sure that going in the west direction will help us find a way?", said Amber.

"Yes. I am sure we will definitely find a way, cause hard work always pays", said Ruby.

And they hopefully began their journey to the west direction. They were walking very fast, in fact they were running in order to save time as they already wasted a lot of it. And they reached the west end of the Precious world. There they found a tree. And most likely this was the only tree in the underground side of the Precious world. They went near it. They understood that this tree is the way, but they were not able to understand how this tree will activate the way to their first test. Looking at the tree here and there they noticed some droplets like things on just one of its leaves. "This is strange. Just one of this tree's leaf is different", said Pearl.
