THE GREAT EIGHT DAYS

CHAPTER 5 - DAY 4

They kept walking ahead. The place which they now entered looked quite plain. It just had tress and nothing else. Also the trees were dried. They kept looking here and there and soon they saw the sunrise.

"The test will now begin", said Ruby as they saw the sunrise.

After sometime they saw a man sitting under a tree. They went near him. As they went near him the man stood up immediately.

He asked the fairies the same questions as all and the fairies answered his questions. He then told the fairies that he will give them a key and a riddle. They will have to solve the riddle and then they will use the key to open the door.

"Okay. What's the riddle?", asked the fairies.

"It shivers and shines,

it dance in the wind.

Stays strong all day long.

Its decor is gold.

And equally close to everyone,

also hydrated by all the sides.

Deeply situated in the heart of land,

also very dear to the sunlight", he sang.

"What are we gonna do about this?", asked Amber.

"With the help of this riddle you will come to know in what thing you have to go and where it is situated. This is your fourth test and in this you will have to go in the past", he replied.

"What are we suppose to do in the past?", asked Pearl.

"You just have to face the dangers which used to exist in the past", he said.

"But why from the past?", asked Amber.

"Its your test, that's it", he said.

"Thank you for guiding us", said the fairies.

"You're welcome", he said with a smile.

The fairies began to solve the riddle as they kept walking. They began to think and think. After a long time when they were not understanding anything they decided to break the riddle into small chunks and try to understand each line deeply.

"Why does that thing dance?", asked Amber annoyingly.

"Keep quite Amber. Let us think and you to do the same thing", said Ruby angrily.

They now guessed that the thing was maybe a golden tree. After this they proceeded to the other half of the riddle. They again spend their time solving the other half of the riddle. They were thinking and then then they came up with the knowledge that they were suppose to find a golden tree which was situated in the centre of this world. And it was surrounded with water. They kept the key safely with them and continued walking. They began to walk at the centre of that world.

"I wonder how you are walking by carrying that heavy stuff behind you Ruby", said Pearl.

"Its painful", said Ruby with pain.

They kept walking till they reached the centre of the world. They noticed that they did not meet any harmful and dangerous things as they found in the other three worlds.

And finally they found the gorgeous, soul-stealing golden tree. It was surrounded by water. They saw it from everywhere but they were not able to find any sort of keyhole for which they can use the key given by that man. They stepped closer to that tree. And soon they saw that a door was formed. It was a beautiful huge door. They saw that their was a lot of light emitting from that door. They immediately removed their key and opened the door. They got very excited forgetting that it was a test and they entered the door. As they went inside it was extremely bright. Their was a lot of light. They were barely able to see anything. Soon they saw an extremely huge clock. They went near it. As they were about to touch it a butterfly stopped them.
