Chapter 2

VIKS POV

It was a quarter after 10 when I got a called from V saying it was an urgent emergency. I let my appointment go and quickly headed out of my workplace and heading up to Misty's store which was in China, Watson. "Hey Misty V and Jackie will be pulling up soon in a bit it's an urgent emergency cancel all my appointments for today and the next three days" I told her "Alright Vik, is everything alright? How's Jackie is he alright right Vik?" she questioned with a panicked look on her face I walked over to her and place my hand on her shoulder and squeezing it to comfort her "I'm not sure Misty all I know is that it was urgent and that both were hurt" I said I looked down at my watch and saw it's been 5 mins since V's call and she said they were 10 mins out so I quickly ran to my workplace with Misty behind me both of us heading out the back door.

We both stood there waiting for the car. 5 minutes later I see a black Quadra type-66" Jen Rowley" pull up to us. The car stopped and out stepped this most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She was about 5'0 feet long turquoise hair piercings and tattoos starting from her neck from what he could see. Also had a hot body that made his dick tingle. He quickly snapped out of it and ran over to the car and opening the door and pulling Jackie out of the car from his laid down position, he wrapped Jackie's arm around his neck and helped him to his workplace and placing him in the chair and started to get to work on him.

He was so busy working on Jackie that he didn't notice the girls walk in with V and placing her down somewhere. It was a good 2 hours finally finishing patching Jackie up. After he was done, he made his way over to V and started on her after an hour he finished up on her as her wound wasn't as bad a Jackie's. After he was finished with both, he noticed that it was only him in his workplace, so he headed up to Misty's store. As he got closer to the store, he could hear voices talking assuming it was Misty and the girl. Before he entered, he heard laughter that made his heart flutter a bit, it was the most beautiful laugh he had heard. He finally entered the store and saw them both he looked over at Misty then looked to the mystery girl who he saw that she was checking him out after seeing that and after he caught her checking him out her face quickly turned red from the supposed embarrassment, he smirked at her.

It was a couple minutes later the mystery girl quickly looked away from him then looked back "How are they doing Doc?" she asked looking panicked "Jackie is stable, but he'll be alright, and V is doing just fine. If you have arrived here any later, they both would have been dead." He said "Thanks a lot Doc" she said as she smiled at me, which startled my heart a bit. As her greenish blue eyes were looking at me It took a moment to comprehend what she was saying. Before anymore time went by I responded, "Not a problem, I know them both personally so I'm just glad they are alright, and no need to call me Doc you can jut call me Vik." I told her and smiled at her, and she smiled back THEN SAYING HER NAME "then you can just call me Laura then" she said "Such a pretty name you have" I told her "Thanks I was named after my moms mother." She responded a couple mins past before she asked me if she could see them.

I headed towards the door looking back at her and nodding my head to follow. The both of us made our way to my workplace that had both Jackie and V in, I entered and stopped waiting for Laura to come in. As I was waiting a felt something run into my back I quickly turned around and saw Laura about to fall to the floor before she could hit the floor, I quickly wrapped my arms around her waist and pulling her close to my body loving the feel of her against me so she would hit the floor she stared into my eye's as I did to her. Her eyes were so beautiful that it felt like they were piercing my soul as we were staring at each other I saw how close our lips were and she did too, I could feel her breath on my lips that sent shocks all threw out my body. Her sweet vanilla scent that drifted from her made my body relax and made my body comfortable. I snapped out of my daze before telling her "You need to be more careful sweetheart, don't want that pretty face of your to get hurt." I smirked as I saw her face flush red and knew my words got to her. "Sorry about that." She said and laughed, when I heard her laugh it was music to my ears and when she stopped, I wish I didn't. "No problem, I definitely wasn't complaining, it felt nice having you in my arms" I told her she looked away from me blushing.

She pulled away from me which made me disappointed and made me miss her touch. She walked over to V and sat down and waited for her to wake up. I went to my desk and watched a boxing match on the tv as we both waited for V to wake up after a couple hours the boxing match was over, and V was starting to wake up I heard a bit of conversation and decided to give them space. I walked to Misty's shop and started chatting with her. "What was all that about Vik?" she questioned "What was what about?" I asked, "You know what I mean you were gawking at her when she got out of the car and when you guys walked off you couldn't stop staring at her" she said "I don't really know Misty, she was just so beautiful that I kind of lost it." I scratched the back of my neck a thing I always did when I was asked awkward questions that I didn't have answers to. Mist laughed when she heard that "I think you Like her Vik." She said, "Why you think that?" I asked she laughed again shaking her head "You'll see" after that conversation I saw Laura make her way towards us she said Hey and said she was heading out that made me disappointed once again {I wonder why that is} she said goodbye to Misty and made her way over to me. "I scratched the back of my neck again "It was nice to meet you Laura" I said and held my hand out.

She placed her hand in mine and went to shake it, but I didn't want a shake I wanted to feel her, so I pulled her to me and hugged her taking in her scent when she hugged me back it put a mile on my face. We pulled away from each other "I hope you come back soon, and if you ever need my services here's my number. I gave her my number as she id also. After we swapped our numbers, she waved at us and walked away once she was gone, I made my way back to my shop to check the vitals on Jackie.

COUPLE HOURS LATER

Once all that excitement was over, I went over to a door that was in my office that led to my house. I went inside and shut the door and made my way to the bathroom undressed and hopped in the shower once that was over, I got dressed and looked into the mirror and thought to myself {what is this girl doing to me} I backed away and made my way over to my phone to check if there was any messages. Since there was none, I went to my contacts and saw Laura's name. I was about to send a message but decided against it. I placed the phone down on the bed side table and got into bed. I laid there staring at the ceiling thinking about Laura and minutes later sleep over came me.
