Levi POV:
Awh, hes asleep. so cute. Not that I care that much. maybe just a little bit? Dammit overthinking again about dumb things! I closed my eyes and fell asleep a few moments later.
*timeskip*
I heard my alarm ring. Was it morning..? no... It was late afternoon-evening. The alarm was to do my homework. I quietly and slowly moved away from eren and turned my alarm off. Wow, he really is a deep sleeper.
I carefully got up as to not wake up eren, and when I realised he wasnt waking up I got up a little faster. that's when he woke up. wow, really? Dammit.
"Huh...? Wh-where am iI-.." Eren grumbles sleepily. I sit back down and keep quiet. Eren stretches his hands widely and then puts his arms around me and hugs me tightly with his eyes closed. After a few seconds he seems to be asleep again. welp, theres no escaping now. I slide back down into the mountains of pillows and blankets we created and closed my eyes, but I couldnt sleep again so I resumed to reading my book.
After what felt like a few minutes but was probably at least an hour, Eren woke up again. Properly this time. At first he scrambled away from me, clearly not used to waking up next to someone. I looked at him questioning. his face relaxed and he laughed.
"Ahaha, I'm not used to waking up with you.. Levi" he said slightly nervously, but relaxed at the same time.
"Its.. fine. What do you want to eat for lunch? I can make eggs if you like" I said casually. Eren laughed again.
"Hey, what's wrong with you" I prodded his arm slightly annoyed
"S-sorry hehe, I was just thinking, Isnt it weird that a months ago I was a transfer student being kicked around by intimidating Levi and now you're my secret boyfriend kinda?" He smiled at the last words. being honest I dont understand how he can be in such a good mood right after waking up.
"i-well, i guess." why was this brat staring at me!?
"you're cute levi" he said. what did he just call me!?
"what did you just call me brat!?!?" I'm trying to sound angry but i know I'm blushing. Shit, self control Levi!!!
"You're blushing."
Ahhhh!!
I turn away inside the pile of soft blankets and hug my knees tightly. After realizing how childish that looked I got up dragging eren after me. We went to the kitchen and I made eggs. The best eggs youve ever seen, as a matter of a fact. Perfectly round and with all the extra little seasonings and decorations eren taught me to use. I gave eren his plate.
"Here." I said, satisfied with my work.
He genuinely seemed impressed which made me even more happy. My face remained expressionless though.
"Wow, Levi! you really have a natural talent for cooking!!" He said, wearing the adorable smile I always want to see. I blinked twice and said thanks, then took my own plate and sat down next to him.
"So, are you feeling better eren?" I asked cautiously, not wanting to remind him of earlier too much.
"Huh? O-oh.. Yeah... I'm fine...."
"Really?" I interrogated.
"Yes.. I'm fine as long as I'm with you levi"

"S-sorry.. That- That sounded-"
"No," I interrupted.
"I could say the same for myself."
we finished eating and I took our plates to the kitchen and rinsed them. We decided we didnt feel like reading anymore, so we went to the porch and just stood there, chatting about life and enjoying the afternoon-evening breeze. I felt at peace, with wind rushing through my hair, the smell of plants and fresh fruit carried along with it. Our conversation had gone silent, but it wasnt awkward, we were just enjoying the perfect atmosphere we were placed in. I smiled to myself, and just said the words that came to my mind.
"Hey, Eren, I should take you on a date sometime..."
