Chapter 8

Chaeyeon parked her car at her own parking lot. She come out from the car and then closed her door. Her phone suddenly buzzing inside her handbag. Chaeyeon took out her phone and take a look who the sender is.

"Lee jeno.." Chaeyeon said while typed something.

Jeno: i start to work today. I need a motivation words from you, my future lover.

Chaeyeon: huh? You will have briefing from HR first?

Jeno: yes.. im not start working yet but need to attend their briefing and will be in introduce to my team later.

Chaeyeon: ouh okay. I wish you luck. And hope you Will enjoying your new environment. fighting 💪🏻.

Chaeyeon went to the lift and waited for lift to arrive. She looked to her phone back.

Jeno: you should send 'kiss 💋' and it will boost my energy to start my new job😉.

The lift arrived and there only small space for her to get in as it had been fulled. Chaeyeon put herself inside there. She replied Jeno even its too crowded inside there.

Chaeyeon: stop flirt with me.

Jeno: am i too tempting for you?

Chaeyeon: K. Bye. Im going to my office now.. don't bother me. Hope you have a fine day today.

Chaeyeon put her phone back and then quickly went out from the lift. She turned to left side.

"Morning." Chaeyeon greeted her officemates. She walked at the corridor. She bumped into a woman. That woman gave a death stare to her. She replied with smile on her face.

"Morning, Seungeun. How your weekend?" Chaeyeon said.

"Morning, miss lee. I spent my weekend with my family." She answered in lazy.

"About my documents?"

"I already put your documents on your table." She said in annoyed.

"Oh okay. Thanks, Seungeun."

"And one more thing, We will have meetings with top management later. Free your time." She said.

"What time?" Chaeyeon asked.

"At 10.00 am. Its only short meeting. Want to introduce new CEO." She said.

"Okay."

"By the way, congrats for getting that position."

"Thanks. And you also will get promoted too right?"

"Huh..." Seungeun walked away from there. Chaeyeon bite her lips.

"I don't meant to annoy her.. she already become manager. Whats wrong with that position."  Chaeyeon said to herself. She turned her body around and walked to her office room. She had a pile of works to do.

"Chaeyeon." Someone suddenly called her name. Chaeyeon turned her head around to see who call her just now. Her face changed to see a man who walked toward her now.

"Mmm.. hi." she replied in short.

"Its had been a long time.." He said.

"Mmm.. yes." She don't know how to face this man.

"Miss Lee." Suddenly someone appeared at there. She felt relieved as there is man who walked toward them.

"YangYang..." Chaeyeon said.

"Let me introduce our new CEO..." He said while pointed to the man stood in front Chaeyeon now. Chaeyeon looked to him in disbelief.

"I'm Han Junghoon. I'll be new CEO and hope we can get along well." He passed his hand to her. Chaeyeon in heavy heart took it and shake it. She quickly pulled her hand back. He smirked to see her behave like that.
