Donghae looked to Chaeyeon who just come with Jeno. He put the fire on. He already set up the table and waited for other to come. Soo Jung come out from his house while bringing dishes on her hands. She smiled to see them came together.
"Why wear a thin clothes?" His father asked while looking to her outfits.
"I have hot pack." She said while showed her hands inside her coat's pocket's.
"I bring fruits for us." Jeno said while carrying a plastic bag.
"Why trouble to bring fruits?" Donghae asked while took from him.
"She said kids will come too."
"Yes.. they will arrive soon." Donghae told him.
"Do you need want me to help anything?" Chaeyeon asked.
"Go take rest first. We already set up the table." Soo Jung said.
"Yes.. go get yourself warm at inside." Donghae told.
"Its okay. We will sit here... you already put the fire on." Chaeyeon said while pointed to the fire that he made. Donghae smiled to hear that.
"Mom, do you need help?" Jeno asked. Soo jung gestured him to go with her. Jeno understand the sign and he went to his mom and helped soo Jung. Two of them disappeared to go inside. Chaeyeon sat at the chair.
"How your staycation with jeno?" Donghae asked her. Chaeyeon looked to him as her dad being careful to her.
"Why you careful with your words? Do you have anything to ask me?" Chaeyeon asked.
"Your mother came to see me yesterday." He said while joined her. He sat next to her and hold her hand.
"She still your mother... even how bad she is."
"I should be grateful. She still giving birth..." Chaeyeon know what he want to say to her. He bite his lips.
"I can forgive her.... But not now, dad."
"I'm not forcing you to accept her in short time... you had been hurting for all these past years.."
"I need some time... she can come but she should expect that I will not treat her well." Chaeyeon said to him.
"I know... as long as you willing to see her, I already feel relieved. You had been raised by me. I don't want to see you live in hatred forever... it will bother you..." Donghae said to her. Chaeyeon looked to her father's face. He too old to get involved problems that she had with her mother. Chaeyeon put her head on his shoulder.
"You already raised me well.. dad. You never sighed how naughty i am. How bad i am as your daughter..."
"Why you said like that? You are the only daughter that i had. You never bring trouble to me.." He said while patted her hand, softly.
"Thanks for taking care and raised me, dad. Without you, I'll not able to get breathe like now.." She said.
"Everything happened had a reason. It taught us... the life is not always beautiful."
