The Final Chapter
*time skip 1 month after the kidnapping*
It's been a month after Amelia was kidnapped and everything has been going smoothly. She was finally happy. Yes, she had flashbacks and nightmares here and there but Spencer was always there to comfort her in her toughest times. Today is finally Amelia's first day back in work and needless to say she's ecstatic. She couldn't stay in that house much longer, she might have lost her mind. Plus Madison kept making her cookies while she was home. Guess Madison got into baking.
"Alright Mads, I'm heading to work"
"You wanna take the team some cookies?" She yells from upstairs. As good as they are she was sick of cookies. This is the only way to get rid of them.
"I'll take some for the team, thanks" Amelia grabs a container and throws some cookies in there and heads out to work. She is very nervous to come back knowing she has some big news to tell the team
She takes the normal route to work and walks in the building. She gets into the elevator and hits the 5th floor. Walking into the bullpen of the BAU, Amelia see's her teammates, friends, family holding a welcome back sign
"Welcome home Amelia" the whole team says in unison. Tears form in Amelia's eyes. Not of sadness but of happiness. She has truly missed all of them
She walks up to everyone and hugs everyone leaving Spencer for last.
"We've missed you curly" Derek says from the side of Penelope.
"I've missed all of you dearly. But now that I'm back there's some news I need to tell you guys" everyone looks at Amelia is confusion.
Spencer slowly walks up next to Amelia and takes ahold of her hand. Everyone on the team in shock "It's finally time to announce that we are dating" Penelope overly excited
"Omg! I can't wait to take care of my future god children! Assuming I will be the god mother." Penelope says in a more demanding way then she intended it to come out. Spencer let's or and airy laugh
"We'll figure that out later Penelope" Amelia's neck whips up at Spencer. In shock of what he said
"You want to have kids with me?" Amelia whispers so only he can hear. Spencer's smiles ear to ear
" I always have" Spencer kisses Amelia's forehead and looks back at the team. Butterflies take over Amelia's stomach as she looks to the rest of the team
2 YEARS LATER
Spencer and Amelia have been together for 2 years so far and recently have been trying for a family. Amelia has taken 10 tests and no luck. She has gave up on taking the test. Until now, she missed her period for 2 months. Amelia has also been getting bad morning sicknesses.
Amelia thinking she's only gained happy weight doesn't think much of it but still goes to the store to pick up a test. Spencer went to Rossi's for a guys night with Derek, Rossi, and Hotch so this the perfect opportunity to get the test.
She makes a quick run and gets back with 3 boxes of test. Very scared of the results, before she takes them she calls Emily, JJ, and Penelope over saying it's and emergency. They all make it over in 5 minutes
"What's the emergency?!" Emily busts into Amelia and Spencer's house in a panic. The other 2 following behind her
"I think I'm pregnant and I'm scared to take the test alone" all there eyes light up and push Amelia into the bathroom
"Now hurry I wanna see if there is a baby genius in there" Penelope says from outside the door. Amelia scoffs and takes all 3 of the tests. She comes out and places all of the on the coffee table in her living room.
