A Visitor In Their Dreams

Kel

It's been ten years. Ten years since she died. Ten years since she was pushed down those stairs. Ten years since she was hanged. Ten... very long years.

Mari has been waiting for this moment for a long time. She was granted an opportunity to reunite with everyone. All of her friends from before she died.

Kel, the energetic and dorky boy, always putting on a smile for anything that was happening.

Hero, the person that Mari fell in love with, so charming and always fun to tease.

Basil, the shy but always cheerful flower boy, keeping everyone happy, even on the gloomiest days.

Aubrey, the strong and bright girl of the group, seeing Mari as her best friend.

And of course... Sunny, her dear little brother... The one that killed her.

She's been instructed by a certain being that she will be allowed some time with each of her friends. She will visit them in their dreams, each one separately. And the very next day, she will have an opportunity to see them all at once, plus any guests that they are wanting to bring.

After that, she will be brought back to the afterlife.

Mari walks through the white door and finds herself in a room. A white room with a picnic blanket in the design of a red and white checkerboard. There is a small tv placed on the edge of the blanket, although it wasn't plugged up to anything.

She's been instructed that if the visitor wants to show her anything that happened in the real world, it will be displayed on the tv. All that the visitor needs to do is to simply think about it, and it will be put on display. It was going to have to be memories that the visitor knows, not something that the visitor clearly hasn't seen yet.

The being also told her that if she was in need of any items, whether it would be a piano or a chair, she would simply need to imagine it, and her wish would be granted. It is a dream after all. A shared dream. The same also goes for the visitor as well.

With these instructions, Mari sits and waits until Kel, the first visitor, arrives.

Kel just got home. He had a big game today and was tuckered out. Sally did greet him by the door, wanting to play some more games, but he was so tired that if he did play with her, he would pass out in-between playing. He quickly finds himself in his bed and passes out. He was always a fast sleeper.

...

Kel found himself lying down on a white floor... In a white void... Where the only thing he can see is just white...

Kel sits up and looks around. "Man... This is... A dull dream."

Kel gets up and decides to start walking forward, since there was nothing to do.

...

As Kel walks, he sees something come into view. It was a mixture of Black, white, and red. Now that he knows that he is approaching something, he begins sprinting to it.

As he gets closer, he sees a woman, with long black hair, in a white dress, sitting on a red and white checker designed picnic blanket. Kel slowly comes to a stop upon approaching it.

Mari couldn't help but notice sounds of footsteps coming up from behind her. She turns around to see a tall, very muscular man, with shaggy hair being held back by a hair tie, and in a black and orange jersey.

Mari, now realizing who this man is, begins to speak. "Hello Kel! Wow, you've really grown!"

Kel was certainly surprised. "Oh, hey Mari!" He wasn't expecting to dream of Mari.
