Aubrey lies down in her comfy bed and sighs in relief. She had just previously eaten a large meal all for herself, containing a lot of spicy stuff in it, since she's been craving it. It was some of the most tastiest stuff she's ever had.

Her eyes quickly started becoming heavy as she is overcome with an overwhelming weariness. However, she didn't bother questioning this, as she already had a good idea as to why she was fatigued.

She lets out a yawn. "... Mmmmm... Yep, that's it for me. Off to the world of the dreams I go... Too bad I don't get dreams like yours..."

She could've sworn she heard him talking to her, but she was drifting to sleep so fast that she wasn't listening. And just like that, she fell asleep.

A woman with pink hair suddenly appears in the world of the white space. She opens her eyes to see that she was... somewhere.

She sits up, rather annoyed immediately. "Ugh... Seriously? Couldn't this dream give me a chair to sit in at least? Y'know... Instead of finding myself on the floor?"

She continues grumbling as she struggles to stand up. Eventually, once she does get her footing, she begins looking around.

... She spots something in the distance. Immediately, she lets out a loud groan. "Uggghhh... I gotta walk thereeeee..."

Annoyed that the only visible thing was a little far away, she starts walking towards the object.

...

Midway, Aubrey started talking to herself. "... What is going on? First, I wake up in a void, then the only thing I see is so fricking far away... And... Now I can actually feel pain... Something is off..."

...

Eventually, Aubrey is seen approaching the picnic blanket. She gets a good look at what was on the picnic blanket. A TV, a basketball, a cast iron skillet, a flower pot, and... A woman. Her hairstyle was almost unmistakable.

Aubrey continues moving closer, starting to become more emotional with each step she took. She was almost sure this was who she thought it was.

Once she was right behind her, she spoke up. "... M-Mari...?"

Mari jerks her head up, surprised by the sudden voice from behind her. She quickly stands up and turns around to see a rather familiar pink haired woman standing behind her. "Oh, Aubrey! Wow you've..." She was quick to notice something. Something that started to get her very excited.

However, before she even got a chance to show how excited she was, Aubrey couldn't contain herself anymore. She quickly moves forward and pulls Mari into a hug, crying into her as she does so. Mari stood there, not surprised by her reaction. "Oh, Aubrey..." She lifts her arms up and completes the hug. "It's good to see you again, Aubrey..."

"M-Mari... " She speaks up, muffled from talking into her dress, her voice being choked up from sobbing.

Mari rubs her back slowly. "There, there..." Her soothing voice started to calm Aubrey down just slightly.

Her sobs started to die down to sniffles and hiccups. "... I... I... I-I missed y-you... So much..."

"I know... I know... I missed you too..." Mari lifts her hand up to pet the back of her head. "I see that you changed the color of your hair, like you always wanted!"

Aubrey's hiccups and sniffles were starting to cease as she started to calm down. She nods as she lifts her head up. "I... I did it t-to remember you..."
