Tulip, Harry and Ron ran under the invisible cloak, into a mysterious room towards a mirror.

Everyone in the room looked at each other, in fact everyone already realized what kind of mirror the children had found...and so they were uneasy by their reactions.

- "My parents never told me about this, but I can see my paternal grandparents from it." - Harry said in a sad tone

Lily and James looked at each other sadly

Harry let a tear run down, after thinking that he indirectly was to blame for his grandparents death and wiped it away quickly so that neither Tulip, nor Ron noticed. Unfortunately for him Tulip noticed....

- "Oh my love. You're not to blame, not even talking you knew." - commented Lily

- "He couldn't even wipe the drool off his own chin." -said Lucius

Draco and Harry look at Lucius in shock

Tulip slowly got in beside Harry and softly so only he could hear said:

- "When you feel sad, it's okay. It's not the end of the world. You don't have to hide what you feel, just let it out."

Harry looks at Tulip gratefully for the kind words and smiled...but what he didn't expect was to see an answering smile from her, and he smiled even more for it.

- "What do you guys see?" - Harry asked curiously

Tulip stood in front of the mirror, but all she saw was a girl similar to her but older, with one hand over hers as an act of understanding and consideration. As if he was able to hold all her deepest secrets and understand them like no one else... she just couldn't see the guy who owned the hand.

- "Deep. What a deep desire." - exclaimed Sirius, causing almost everyone to roll their eyes except James and Peter

- "I see a girl grabbing a man's hand, I just don't see the man, but they seem to trust each other a lot." - Summed up Tulip without giving too many unnecessary details

Harry looked at her half confused.

- "Don't you see my grandparents?" - Harry asked disappointedly

- "Let me try." - Ron said, reaching in front of the mirror

- "That's me! Only, I'm head boy...and I'm holding the Quidditch cup! And bloody hell, I'm Quidditch Captain too! I look good. Harry, do you think this mirror shows the future?" - asked Ron hopeful that he had such a promising future.

Harry and Tulip sighed

- "How is that possible?" - asked Tulip sarcastically.

-My grandparents are already dead." added Harry.

The next day, Harry goes back to the mirror.

- "Back again, Harry? I see that you, like so many before you, have discovered the delights of the Mirror of Erised. I trust by now you realize what it does. Let me give you a clue. The happiest man on earth would look into the mirror and see only himself, exactly as he is." - Dumbledore said

- "So, then it shows us what we want? Whatever we want?" - inquired Harry in confusion.

-" Yes...and no. It shows us nothing more or less than the deepest, most desperate desires of our hearts. Now you, who have never known your grandparents, you see them standing beside you. But remember this, Harry. This mirror gives us neither knowledge or truth. Men have wasted away in front of it, even gone mad. That is why tomorrow it will be moved to a new home, and I must ask you not to go looking for it again. It does not do to dwell on dreams, Harry, and forget to live." - replied Dumbledore with wise posture

Harry looks back at the mirror, knowing that Dumbledore is right.

- "Never trust people who answer questions, in a wisely way...to creepy" - murmured Marlene inwardly

When Harry reached the communal room he saw Tulip sprawled on the sofa.

- "What are you doing? Invoking the god of procrastination?" - Harry mocked after seeing Tulip's position

Everyone in the room smiled seeing that deep down they would actually get along...if Harry wasn't so much like James of course

- "Life is hard, Potter. After all, it kills you." - Tulip replied in a cryptic tone and with a dramatic sigh at the end

- "Weasley...you're not a Black. Enough drama." - commented Harry

- "You know purebloods are practically all bonded. So I might have Black blood, by my ancestors" - replied Tulip looking amusedly at Harry

Harry smiled

- "Maybe you're right" - exclaimed Harry softly - "AH!"

Then he remembered something and ran to the tree, making Tulip fall off the sofa with the fright he gave her.

-"Poor girl" – mumbled Bella

Then he helped her up and offered her a small parcel.

- "Happy Christmas, tulipflower."

And he went upstairs to his room, leaving Tulip gaping and staring in surprise at the gift.

- "Owwww" - said Alice

- "He knows how to please a girl" - Sirius commented

- "You were sweet Harry." - said Lily to Harry

- "I know." - he replied

Tulip struggled not to blush, but lost the fight when she read:

- "The first of many, each piece reveals what I love about you. Happy Christmas tulipflower."

She looked three times at the note and slowly a smile began to appear.

- "Only you Potter..."- she sighed and one minute late she whispered softly -" Happy Christmas Harry Potter"
