Sun Wukong starts going to sage school, where he learns how to be a decent person. And after about 6 years he finally starts harassing the sage to teach him immortality. The sage tries to get him to learn other stuff, but monkey does not give a shit. He eventually pisses off the sage and gets hit in the head three times, all the students give monkey shit for being an asshole to the sage, but he smiles since it was actually a secret message.
At 3 am, Wukong sneaks into the sages room, and wakes him up. The sage yells at Wukong until he explains his thought process. "You hit me three times because you wanted me to come at three in the morning, right?". The sage suddenly gets excited and reveals the secrets to immortality, and how to survive the gods trying to kill him after he achieves it (when you naturally become immortal, the gods try to kill you with magic lighting, and fire that give you a heart attack). After a few years of practice he masters all the things he learned.
Eventually the students ask sun Wukong to show off his cool new powers, so he turns into a tree. The sage See's this and gets PISSED. He has the students leave and yells at monkey, "BRUH NOW EVERYONE HERE'S OUT TO GET YOU, get the fuck out". Monkey immediately is like "are you sure 🥺", and the sage just kicks him out, and tells monkey to never say he taught him this stuff.
Monkey gets sad, then goes back to his kingdom. Instead of everyone happily welcoming him, he instead was met with panicked monkeys/apes. He finds out a big demon took all of the kids and dishes to his mountain. He immediately ran over to the assholes mountain, and demanded he get his shit back. The demon comes out and starts to make fun of Wukong, who in return makes hundred of clones, and goes apeshit on him. Eventually Sun Wukong gets bored, takes the demons sword, and slices his head in half.
Monkey grabs the kids and plates, and flies them back on a cloud. Afterwards the monkeys/apes have a big celebration, where they all get drunk.
