I tried to come up with an idea for what the Marching Band uniform might look like based on Bluebunny2017 's oneshot featuring the states and their band, so I tried to draw NATO as a Drum Major, and it's looks terrible, I have no idea of what I was going for here! The only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted him to have a red hat and plume, and white bibbers, then everything spirraled from there.
