Diana could still hear Lydia's groans and whimpers and, as much as she tried to concentrate on healing herself as fast as she could to rush over to her best friend, all of her emotions were on overdrive at the moment, and she could barely keep her breathing even, let alone try and get the Kanima venom out of her system.
"Dia..." Lydia called, weakly, desperately and it broke Diana's heart to hear it, but before she could even say anything in response, Scott, Stiles, Deaton and Theo walked into the station.
The boys took a second to look around and, as Scott and Deaton tried to access the damage done, Theo was quick to rush over to Lydia as he pulled out his belt for a makeshift tourniquet for her wound as Stiles ran over to Diana, pulling the girl from the floor as he sat her up against a wall and searched her eyes with his, his heart aching at the sight of her teary eyes.
"Diana..."
"Stiles..." She mumbled, her words slurring a little due to the Kanima venom inside of her. "Stiles... Lydia..."
Stiles took a second to look away from Diana and over at Lydia from over his shoulder. What he saw, he didn't particularly like, seeing Theo tending to Lydia, but knowing Diana didn't need the added stress of his suspicions about Theo at the moment, Stiles just hushed her gently, looking back over to her as he placed both hands on her cheeks to get her to look at him as he rubbed his thumb over her skin to wipe away her tears.
"She's okay." He reassured, as Diana let out a strangled sob. "Dia, Lydia's alright, but right now... You need to heal."
"I can't..." Diana cried, still overwhelmed as Stiles hushed her again. "I can't, Stiles... I can't..."
"Yes, you can." Stiles nodded at her, trying to sound as sure and reassuring as he possibly could, placing one of Diana's limp hands over his as he let her fingers fall loosely in between his, waiting for her to squeeze his hand once she managed to heal enough. "You've done it before. You've practiced it, Diana. You can do it. You need to do it."
Diana sucked in a deep breath then, her eyes now glued to Stiles' as she nodded quietly, but tried to calm down enough to concentrate into using her power on herself as she had been practicing with Deaton all over summer. Stiles watched her quietly, his eyes worried, but his expression showing nothing but absolute confidence in the girl in front of him and her capabilities. For a second, the two of them had seemed to find themselves in a bubble just of their own as Diana whimpered quietly, trying to heal, but, around them, the world still seemed to be falling to pieces.
"Scott..." Deaton warned quietly, after having realized the problem was worse than he had expected it to be. The alpha nodded then, knowing they had to move.
"Stiles." Scott called, but his best friend ignored him for a second, moving a piece of Diana's fringe out of her face when it stuck to her forehead due to the sweat dripping from her skin, but he smiled a little in encouragement when Diana's eyes flashed gold and she let out a heavy breath of relief. She had finally done it - she had started to heal. "Stiles. Stiles, come on."
"Tracy..." Diana mumbled, her fingers squeezing Stiles' to let him know quietly that she was starting to regain her movements. "Stiles, I'm fine. Help Tracy. Help Natalie. They're in the basement with Kira and Malia. Help them. We'll be fine."
Stiles hesitated again, his eyes finally leaving Diana's form to look at Lydia as she laid her head across Theo's lap, her condition a lot worse than Diana's which only served to make Stiles hate the situation even more.
"It's okay." Theo assured, once he noticed Stiles' eyes on him. "They'll be all right."
"Go, Stiles." Diana said again, her toes moving on her shoes as she, slowly, but surely started to move.
