After driving the boys to Scott's house and having them telling him and Kira everything they had found out from Corey - and, of course, after a long hug between Kira and Diana -, they received a call from Stiles, saying something was happening in the hospital and they needed to head there. So, asking her brother to give the younger boys a ride, Diana offered her car keys to Declan while she headed to the hospital with the older kids.

So, as soon as they arrived, the four kids quickly made their way through the hallways until they found that hammock after hammock was being moved in front of them with closed black body bags over them.

"What happened?" Diana asked, standing beside Stiles as he and the rest of the group stood by the sheriff, watching the bodies being brought in.

"We found them in one of the tunnels." The sheriff explained.

"All of them?" Kira frowned, shocked, as the man beside them just nodded.

"Who found them?" Stiles asked.

"Argent." The man said. "And he said the Doctors were down there. He also said you guys might know what this thing is."

"We've got a theory..." Scott said, as Stiles made a face as he turned to look at his dad.

"It's a slightly terrifying theory..." He said.

"Well, the M.E. said that the victims were killed somewhere else and then dumped in those tunnels." The sheriff said, causing everyone to stop for a second to consider his words until Scott widened his eyes.

"Hey, what if the Dread Doctors are hiding the bodies?" Scott offered, causing Kira to frown.

"Why would they do that?" She asked.

"Maybe they're covering for it." Stiles said. "Protecting it, like a parent would."

"Protecting what?" Sheriff Stilinski asked, almost tiredly as Scott sighed.

"A werewolf." He said.

"It's called the beast." Diana added.

"We know." Stiles nodded, as his dad sighed in exasperation. "Horrifying."

"We better figure out what we're gonna call Parrish..." The sheriff said. "Because it looks like his dream is coming true."

"I know what to call him." Diana said, causing everyone to stop for a moment then as they turned to look at her. "A hellhound."

After the discovery of the bodies in the tunnels, it was safe to say everyone in Beacon Hills was sufficiently terrified which was why, when Diana realized some of the sheriff's deputies were walking around the school with rather big shotguns and a curfew was installed, she wasn't all that surprised.

"Hey, Stiles?" Diana called gently as she walked with the boy down the hallway. "I know finding like 20 bodies overnight must not be easy but aren't these guns a bit... Over the top?"

Stiles looked down at her for a second before looking up again and around them both as he nodded along her words, one of his hands wrapping around Diana's as he tugged her along with him toward one of his dad's deputy as Scott approached them from the other side.

"You don't think this is a bit much in terms of firepower for a high school?" Stiles asked, as the deputy shrugged, seemingly agreeing with his boss' son's statement.

"Your dad's the one that issued us these things..." The deputy shrugged. "And he wouldn't officially say why."

At his words, the three kids in front of him exchanged a few quiet looks.
