Chapter 3 || Beach Day

As much as Sasuke hated to admit it, he was looking forward to going to the beach. The Uchiha boy was never one for 'beach days' as he hated the feeling of sand between his toes and being around rowdy teenagers. Today, he knew it was going to be different.

Today you would be dressed up in that hot red two piece swimsuit.

That thought alone reassured Sasuke that everything was going to be a perfect day.

It was still early in the morning, around 8:00 AM. Knowing you, there was no chance you would be up yet. Scratch that....knowing the Konoha 13, most of you would probably still be in a deep slumber. No worries though.

That just meant Sasuke had some more time to himself.

Deciding that there wasn't much else to do, Sasuke turned on the TV. To his luck, it was a soap opera. Yay. Note the sarcasm? Well, it's there. Just as he was about to change the channel, something caught his interest.

The female lead turned to the male, proclaiming her love for him.

Sure, that was an everyday thing. It didn't matter. There was something else....

The female lead looked so much like you. Then there was the male lead.

That scene got stuck in Sasuke's head. Sure, the Uchiha wasn't a believer in fortunes or soulmates, but could this have been a sign? An omen? It was around 10:30 AM when Sasuke heard a knock on his door. It didn't take much to recognize the knocker's chakra.

Sasuke felt once again, trying to check if there were any other chakras. Nope. It was just you.

Perhaps that meant you wanted to see him alone. The thought was embarrassingly made Sasuke giddy.

Eagerly, Sasuke walked to the door. Just managing to compose his beaming smile, he opened the door.

To his very slight disappointment, you weren't in your red two piece. (Though he expected that because you weren't at the beach). Instead, you wore a cute little sundress. You probably had your bathing suit underneath. In all honesty, the sundress view was enough to contain the raging beast inside of him.

"Hey Sasuke! You ready to go?"

"Hn. Yeah. I just have to change quickly. Come in."

Sasuke opened the door wider for you, gesturing for you to enter. As always, you politely took off your shoes before entering.

Sasuke went to his bedroom changing as quickly as he possibly could. He finished changing, now in a loose shirt and shorts. He also had a bag for clothing after a swim.

He didn't want to wear wet clothing all day.

As he walked out of his room, Sasuke stopped. You stood there, looking outside the window with a small smile on your face. The Uchiha swore he could feel his heart stop.
