- jaehwa ; elevator -

Jaehwa tries to shut the elevator doors, but the woman walks through them, standing right next to her.

"How are you? I heard you're backing out of the trial." Jaehwa swallowed, trying her best to ignore the woman.

"Jaehwa. Don't ignore me." Jaehwa's face was grabbed, forcing her to face the older woman.

"Is that any way to treat your mother?" Oh Yoonhee smiled, pulling the girl closer.

"I hope you don't forget, but Ha Yoon Chul has no custody over you." Yoonhee pauses, caressing the girls head.

the woman let's go of her chin, but grabs onto the girls hair. "i have custody over you. ha yoon chul signed you away." jaehwa laughs, pushing the older woman away.

"I was never in any of your custody. The only person who had custody over me right now is Logan. Don't try to be smart." The elevator dings, signaling they had reached floor 93.

Jaehwa turns to the elevator, leaving yoonhee surprised. she was so sure Logan had handed her the custody papers.

The woman sighed, grabbing her phone and calling the person she knew had the answer to everything.

- jumin ; afternoon -

"Are you insane!?" Jumin sat on the couch, words getting thrown at him left and right.

"Why would you try to murder Jaehwa!?" Jumin sighed once again, looking up at Minhyuk.

"I told you this. I didn't try murdering her. I only intended to cause a bit of harm." Jumin laid back on the couch, grabbing the weapon that he had used that night.

"Still! I thought you guys had a really good relationship." Minhyuk plopped onto one of the other couches, glancing at Jumin.

Aera watched by the window, not wanting to intervene in their little argument. If it were to get heated, she would stop it.

Eunbyeol, who had been sitting next to Jumin the whole time, turns to Minhyuk. "Aren't you being a little too loud?"

"It wasn't like he wanted to kill her, he just wanted to scare her a bit." Minhyuk sighs, annoyed at the two.

Aera scoffed, turning to the girl. "Just because you think highly of yourself, doesn't mean you're so high. Jaehwa put you in your place, face it."

Aera walked over to the girl, glooming over her. "you're nothing compared to them." Aera leaned back up, leaving the three.

Minhyuk was quick to follow, looking at the two. "I'm so done with you guys." The boy was quick to stand up, walking out of their little hangout space.

The two sat unmoving, before Eunbyeol suggested something, "let's make ramen?"

- jaehwa ; 93rd floor -

Jaehwa woke up entangled with Seokhoon, Seokkyung laying in the bed next to them.

She looked at her surroundings, not failing to notice Seokkyung smirking at her, "what?" seokkyung sighs, still watching the two.

"you could've at least let me cuddle with you guys." jaehwa snorted, rolling over to face the twin.

"but then it would be too hot, and you hate sleeping when it's hot." seokkyung sighed once more, turning on to her back.
