ZoeyFuck
Fuck fuck fuck
Why do I always ruin shit? Fuck.
I quickly untangle myself from Jake's body and run down the stairs, pulling out my phone from my pocket. I dialed Cassie's number.
-Zoey?! Where did you went last night?! We looked everywhere for you! Where are you?
-Hum... I'm fine! I just borrowed Jake's bed to sleep for the night... Would you pick me up? I really don't wanna bother him any longer, after he took care of me last night and stuff... I was really wasted...
-Sure! Im comming, be there in 5!-she hangs up the phone.
I reach the kitchen, where I'm greeted by a sleepy Zed and another dude I don't reckognise.
-Zoey! Where did you disapeared to last night? I missed you!- He smiles cheekily at me.
I don't really like flirting. I just don't. I mean, Zed looks like a nice guy, but I don't know, guess I don't trust him. I manage to put small smile on my lips, even though I dont really like the guy.
-Huh, I crashed at an empty room... I was really drunk last night
-Hey, I don't think you remember me... We danced last night? I'm Chad.- the jerk from last night, I now realise is the boy next to me. He offers his hand out, and I just stare at it untill he drops it. Zed chuckles
-So, Cassie is picking me up in any minute... guess I'll see you later Zed.-I wave quickly leaving the kitchen.
-Wait! Zoey I could drive you home if you...
-Don't worry, Cass is already on her way anyway... But thanks- I cut him off, I'm really not in the mood for his shit. My cell rings on my pocket- That must be her... Bye guys!
I get out of the frat house and into Cassies car.
-Hi! You okay?
-Yeah fine, thanks Cass- I shoot her a greatful look, while she just smiled at me and got back to the road.
-Shure! No picky. Soo, spill it, what really happened last night? Whom are you running from? Did you screw anyone?
-Whoah, hang in there, I'll tell you I promise, one question at a time!
-Alright, what happened last night? Tell me from the beggining, what made you drink that much? Something happened.
I hesitate. Should I trust this girl?
-Zoey... You can always trust me, okay? I had kept millions of my mother's secrets away from my father...You know, cheattings and stuff. I keep my friends secrets too, and I swear I am a trustworthy person. I'm here for you, I'm a great listener. I'm not telling you to trust me your life now... But when your ready, I'd like to know what happened to you, everything you wanna tell me. I want to understand what made you such a... Lost girl.
I only consider it for a second. I smile at her, I trust every word she just said. Damn, she's a keeper, I can tell. Im not one of those girls who give her trust away easily, but I want to trust this one, and I know she's telling the truth, I just know.
So that's what I'll do. Little by little, I'll trust her my secrets. But for now, I will just start by last night.
So I tell her whith great detail everything that happened since we arrived at the frat house, until this morning when I took off. I'm not sure if I'm actually tellng all this things to my friend or if I'm just thinking out loud, since I'm so caught up in my story, asking questions to myself out loud and giving out my thoughts and opinions on how I behaved.
