A/n , love this part tbh
I walked down the corridor and was met by stairs, I took them two at a time stumbling at the end, I ran through more corridors and I've already forgotten where I came from. I looked around and saw a a pair of double doors, my interest peaked and I walked over to them and pulled both open, I was met with a humongous ball room. It had a chandelier the size of a double bed hanging from the ceiling, it had golden designs carved into the walls. I walked to the closest one and traced my hand over it. As I looked more and more into I saw that is was a story, of the SMP. I wondered who carved it and how long it would have taken, there was a grand piano at the back and a music box on top of it. I ran to the other side which took longer than I thought, I opened a chest and took out a random music disc, I inserted it and it played a soft song *it played Experience, look above* it was a soft tune that made me forget about all the bad things that have happened. I swayed to the music, I imagined that I wasn't here, that I was in a forest far away and with that in thought I started dancing like no one was watching, but someone was.
Dream stood in the far corner of the room, with a drink in hand, he watched the girl dance, she was exceptionally good at it. He watched not understanding how someone could be that cute and pure-hearted. She was like an angel swaying and spinning to the music, he wondered what she was think off, her eyes were closed and she had a ghost of a smile on her face. He smiled at the sight, Thats's when he realized that he didn't know much about her, she danced until the song ended and exhausted she jumped onto the piano and saw him, as soon as she did her smile faltered and she turned bright crimson. He chuckled
I saw him and the first thought was how long had he been there. He started slowly walking to me when he got there he didn't say anything just placed his drink on the piano and stretched his hand towards me, 'May I have this dance M'lady?', he asked, I looked at his hand for a good ten seconds before taking it, The song started playing again, He helped me off the piano and led me to the middle of the dance floor. He wrapped my hands around his neck and placed his hands on my waist. 'Can you dance princess?' he asked. 'Not really' I replied, with all the training, i never really had time to learn ball-room dancing. He smiled, 'That's fine, you'll get the hang of it', I must admit he was a VERY good dancer, I wondered where he had learned it from. He spun me around and brought me back, all in rhythm, and I had to say I was impressed. He wasn't even concentrating, it was like he did this everyday. He was so smooth with it, picking me up and spinning me in the air, just to bring me back and continue dancing. At the end of the song we had danced on every part of this floor and had ended back at the piano. He let me go and I, even more exhausted sat down on the piano again, he took his drink and sat down on the piano stool. I turned to face him. 'Where did you learn to do that?' I asked. He took a sip of his drink, 'My mother used to teach me' he replied, I couldn't see what he was feeling, the mask was in the way. I had been warned by lots of people, not to ask why Dream wore his mask, The last time someone did, people died, there were so many theories, but I didn't believe one of them, and here I was a foot away from him, I could pull it away and see for myself, but I didn't, and I still don't know why. As I walked through the empty corridors that night, I wondered what stopped me.
