Ryder came back from the store to the headquarters with a vlogging camera. It was boxed up in a bag along with a tripod that was also inside the bag. The bag was hanging on one of the handlebars of his ATV. He dismounted off his vehicle and took the bag then went upstairs with the bagged items in hand.
When he got to the elevator he pressed the third floor it went up to the mission room. It stopped and the doors opened, Ryder got knocked over by his pups. "Ryder! Thank goodness your okay!" Chase said. Ryder laughed. "Guys I'm okay. I'm not going anywhere... Humdinger's in jail." He said. They were still giving him the look. "Guys. I just bought a camera. I'm fine, chill." He said. "Hey, Ryder. Can we watch Pokémon journeys?" Marshall asked his owner. Ryder smiled. "Sure. But you'll have to do it on your account." He explains to the pups. "Okay." He said.

A nine-year-old brown-haired girl was walking down the sidewalk of Adventure City with her neighbor, Gary. It was a Saturday, so she didn't have school. "Hey, Ash?" Gary asked—calling her by her nickname. Only Gary, Ryder. The PAW Patrol and her parents can call her 'Ash'
"Yeah?" Ashley looks at him "how about we go get food? Do you want pizza? Then ice cream?" He asked. Ashley smiled and nodded. Then they went to a pizza place.

Meanwhile, Mayor Humdinger was in his hideout. Weapons ranging from firearms to large weapons to knives were laid on the table. Butch and Ruben walked over to their boss. "The car is prepared, Boss. When do you want to destroy the PAW Patrol?" Ruben asked. "ASAP," he said laughing maniacally.

With his iMac on in the kitchen, Ryder was typing up a FanFiction while the rest of the pups were in his room watching Pokémon Journeys. Ryder was typing while drinking the bottle of water he had sitting next to him. He typed more, Chase walked downstairs with the other pups. "Hey, Ryder? Can we go to the park?" Rubble asked. Ryder looked down and saw his pup sitting by his feet. "Alright, guys. You can go. Do you know where it's at right?" Ryder had to make sure that his pups won't get lost or hurt in the city. Chase nodded.
"We know where it is Ryder. Remember, we've lived in Adventure City for two months. And if we did get lost, Liberty will help us out." Skye explained. Trying to calm their leader down. Ryder nodded and smiled at them. He trusted his pups fully. "Alright. Stay on the sidewalk and don't go on the street." He smiles.
"Okay, Wryder," Zuma said.
The pups went down the headquarters and they start walking to the park.

Humdinger put his plan into action. He loaded up the car with the weapons he had. It was two A.M. he had to get ready, Mayor Humdinger had enough of the PAW Patrol taking his spotlight away from him.

Ever since he's been locked up he's thought about one goal; killing the PAW Patrol. Kidnapping Ryder was one of his plans. But that failed. If he killed their leader and owner, the team would fall apart without him. Mayor Humdinger drove to the tall building. "Alright, butch. You disable the alarms. Ruben, when he's done. You come with me."

He handed him an M16 and he had a standard-issue pistol. Then he grabbed some sticky bombs. "Are we going to blow up the headquarters?"

Ruben asked. The mayor glared at the man's question; "no Ruben, we're having a party. YES WERE BLOWING UP THEIR HEADQUARTERS!" He yelled. "Ugh! Now come on!" They rushed out of the car as they got to work.

Chase couldn't sleep. He was sitting by the window in the headquarters. Then he saw a purple car and three men. "Oh no..." he said silently. He grabbed his gear. "Arf." He barked silently. "Binoculars." A pair of Binoculars came down over his eyes and he saw what was going on. He gasped. "Oh no..."

Chase woke everyone up. Their equipment doesn't seem to be working. Not even the security cameras. They're all dead.
"Chase, are you kidding me?" Rocky sighed. As he was the last one to wake up. "Guys! We have a problem!"
"Can't it wait till morning?" Rubble asked. "No, it can't!"
"What's the emergency then?" Skye asked. "Mayor Humdinger is here! I think he's going to blow up our headquarters! We need to evacuate, NOW! I'll get Ryder!"
Chase said as he hurried to the boy's bedroom.

2:14 red the large red numbers oh his digital alarm clock. Ryder was sleeping peacefully.
Then he heard something and jolted awake. He shot up and ran to his door and opened it. It was chase. He looked scared. "Ryder! We have to go! Mayor Humdinger is going to blow up the tower!" Chase said, his tone serious.
Ryder rushed back inside to grab his things. Back outside. The pups were trying to stop him.
"NOW!" He said as Ruben pushed a button. Everything was in slow motion as the C4 bombs set off.

The explosion was so loud the pups had to run and cover their ears. Inside, Ryder felt it. The headquarters was shifting from the explosion. Then a large piece of rock fell on Ryder's body. "RYDER!" That's all Chase said before his leader collapsed to the ground.
