yuko was now walking home after school , watching the leaves falling to the ground . it was a beautiful autumn afternoon . she could have taken the bus , but she decided to walk , because the weather was just perfect . she was listening to her favorite song when she heard footsteps behind her . she turned around and saw a boy , looking at his phone , his right hand in his brown pants' pocket . he had blonde highlights in his hair . it was mizuki . yuko turned back , and she saw saebyeok walking in front of her . then she realized , she walked past the bakery she wanted to go in . she quickly turned around , ran back to the entrance and rushed inside , not watching where she was going , so she ended up bumping into someone .

" oh i'm so sorry ! " said someone with a soft voice . yuko looked up , and saw mizuki standing in front of her . she had to look up , since the boy was taller than her .

" no , i should say sorry , i bumped into you . " she said , looking at the pastries .

" don't worry , it's okay . " said mizuki , then walked away .

this bakery was yuko's favorite . she came here almost every day after school . she sometimes bought even her breakfast here . everything was so delicious . the bakery was called ' zuki's pastries ' . she was looking at the things , she didn't know what to buy . everyone looked good , as always . she also wanted to by a coffee , since it was her favorite drink she saw mizuki walking towards the cashier , and when the woman behind the cash register turned around , a big smile was formed on her lips .

" hey sweetie . " said the brown haired woman and gave a small hug to mizuki . yuko smile d to herself when she saw the interaction between the two . so this bakery is mizuki's parents' .

" yes , can i get that coffee you always make at home ? " mizuki asked .

" of course , just sit down there and wait a minute . " she said and started making the coffee .

yuko went up to the other cashier and asked for two chocolate chip cookies . those were her favorites . she also asked for her favorite coffee , and when she was done paying , she said bye and left the shop . when she walked past the big window , she could see mizuki sitting at one of the tables , looking at his phone once again . she looked his outfit and found it very pretty . she smiled , and walked away . she took two steps when she heard a voice coming from the small street next to the bakery . she almost couldn't see anyone because of the trees and bushes .

" you like him huh ? " said the voice , and then yuko saw saebyeok standing under one of the big trees .

" no . why would you think that ? " she asked with a serious look .

" you were looking at him , smiling . " saebyeok said , stepping closer to the blonde haired girl .

" i just like his outfit , that's all . i- i like someone else anyway . " she said , though it was a lie . then she walked away from the black haired girl .

" no , you don't . " said saebyeok when she caught up with the other one . yuko didn't look at her , but she knew that saebyeok was smiling .

" yes i do . "

" i know when someone lies . "

" you don't even know me ! " said yuko with an angry look .

saebyeok scoffed . then they heard footsteps behind them . yuko was about to walk faster and put her earphones back into her ears when she heard saebyeo tlking to the person walking behid them .

" oh mizuki ! perfect timing . yuko wants to tell you something . " she started .

" wha- " yuko was cut off .

" what is it ? " asked mizuki looking at yuko .

" come on , tell him yuko , it's okay , i've liked many people too , it's not that hard to confess . " said saebyeok , smirking at the other girl .

yuko couldn't believe her ears , why would saebyeok to this to her ?

" i- is this true yuko ? " asked mizuki with a confused look .

" no , it's not . saebyeok is just messing with you . " she said grabbing the other girl's wrist and pulling her with herself . mizuki giggled , then turned around and walked away .

yuko was mad . she was angry because of saebyeok and her idea of lying to mizuki . she didn't like anyone , especially not a boy . mizuki is kind , i guess she thought , but she doesn't like boys . saebyeok was just smiling , with her hands in her pockets , walking next to the blonde haired girl . yuko wanted to listen to music , but she was almost home , and thought that even tho , saebyeok was kinda mean to her , it would be rude to just put her earphones into her ears .

" why did you do that ? " asked the girl finally after stoppping in front of her house .

" why not ? i was just bored . " said saebyeok with her deep voice .

" you were bored ? that's it ? "

" yes . and i don't care who you like . " the black haired girl said shrugging her shoulders . " i don't like boys either . " she said then walked away .

how ? thought yuko . it's like she could see my toughts .

" how- how do you know i don't like boys ? " she yelled at the girl one more time . but she pretended to not hear yuko , even though she did , she did hear her very clearly , but she didn't say anything . she just walked away , and yuko watched her walk away . the blonde haired girl was hit by a wave of sadness , she wanted to spend a little more time with saebyeok .

she unlocked the house's door , went inside and took off her shoes . no one was home yet , so she went up to her room and started doing her homework . it was a long day , and all she wanted to do i sleep . she wanted to drink her coffee and eat her cookies , take a bath and sleep in her comfortable bed . her bed was her favorite place . sleeping was her favorite thing to do .
