SUMMARY: little renjun and his daddy donghyuck.

As Donghyuck's washing the dishes, Renjun walks to the sofa and sits with his brown teddy bear. He picks up the remote control and turns on the TV, immediately greeted by a cartoon. He happily flails his feet as he sits properly while still hugging his stuffed toy.

"Daddy, Spongebob is playing on the TV!" he happily exclaims.

"Enjoy, baby!" Donghyuck answers, now rinsing the dishes.

When Donghyuck finishes, he exits the kitchen to go to the living room to check up on his little boyfriend. He smiles when he sees him sleeping so cutely on the sofa, hugging his teddy bear.

He walks towards him and gently sits on the sofa to not wake the older. He stares at him and slowly brings his fingers to the little's face. He gently carresses his cheeks, softly pokes his nose and traces his plump lips.

"Pretty." He mutters. "I like spending time with Injunnie, but I miss Renjun." he says, leaning forward to give the little a short kiss on the forehead. "I really miss you, Renjun. It's been a month, this is probably the longest time you've shifted. But it's okay to take your time, I'm always here for you. I love you, love."

"Daddy? Why are you crying?"

He didn't realize that he's crying until little Renjun pointed out. Oh, he's awake. He wipes his tears off and shakes his head. "I'm just happy."

"Why were you crying, then? You're supposed to smile or laugh because you're happy, right?"

Donghyuck chuckles and ruffles the little's hair. "You're so cute." He gestures him to get up to which Renjun immediately obeys. Instead of answering the questions, he replies with a question too. "How's your nap, baby? Sorry for waking you up."

Renjun grins, "Good. And don't worry about it, Daddy." he smiles. "Uhm, can I have some milk, please, Daddy?"

Donghyuck nods, smiling a bit, "Of course. Where's your bottle?"

Renjun grabs his bottle from the center table and cutely hands it to his caregiver. "Here!"

The latter takes the bottle and pats the little's head gently. "Wait for me here, okay?" Renjun only nods and lays himself on the sofa once again.

Donghyuck gets off the sofa with Renjun's bottle to get him a warm milk from the kitchen. He goes back to the living room and sees Renjun giving him a grabby hands.

He coos before sitting next to him. "Here you go, baby."

"Yey! Thank you, Daddy! You're the best." Renjun takes the bottle in both of his hands, so cutely that Donghyuck feels like dying inside, before sipping on his milk.

"You're welcome, baby."

"Daddy, I'm hungry!" Renjun walks into the kitchen, pouting, holding his teddy bear by its arm. "I'm hungry, Daddy!"

Donghyuck sighs and turns to him, "Injunnie, be patient, okay? I'm almost finished."

Renjun pouts more, walking closer to his caregiver. He puts his chin on his shoulder to see what he's cooking. "Is that bacon?"

"Yes."

He grins and squeaks, "That's yummy! I'm becoming more hungry."
