Everyone had left, leaving the two on the floor, holding onto each other,

"When did you find out" he said quietly

"About 20 minutes ago" she mumbled

"I'm sorry, I wish I was there" he said quietly his eyes watering again

Aubrey used her thumb to wipe away his tear,

"We should probably get you in the shower, you've got blood all over you" Vinnie said he picked her up carrying her body into the room and walking into the bathroom, he set her down on the toilet, running the bath for her, she stared at the floor, her hands shaking as they held on to the sides of the toilet

Vinnie noticed and he got on his knees I front of her

"Hey look at me" he said picking her head up, her red eyes stared into his

"It's not your fault" he said

"But it is, if I had just stopped stressing or if I went sooner" Aubrey ranted

"Aubrey, things happen no matter how bad we don't want them to they do, maybe sometime in the future you can try again" he said quietly

"But he was ours, I don't want to have anybody's but yours Vinnie, he was the one thing keeping us together, and he's gone" Aubrey said

"Aubrey, we still have each other, whenever your ready we can always try again" Vinnie said cupping her cheeks

Vinnie began undressing her, sliding the sweater off her head, leaving her in Vinnie's white shirt and bloody sweatpants, he pulled down the pants throwing them to the side, he took off her underwear and shirt leaving her naked. He picked her up placing her in the tub

"Thank you" she mumbled

"Of course" he said, pushing her hair back out of her face, the water was warm on Aubreys skin, Vinnie grabbed the soap and a rag, cleaning Aubreys legs, when he was done he drained the water, refilling it with clean water,

"Can you sit with me" she said softly looking up at him, her big brown eyes looking into his,

"Yes, I mean yeah, if you want" he said he got undressed, sitting behind her, the water in the tub moving up, casing it to be just below her chest, she laid back, her head falling on his chest, he smiled to himself

"I didn't cheat on you" he mumbled

"What?"

"I never cheated on you, I said to make you mad, cause I was upset, but I never cheated on you" he said kissing her shoulder

"Then how did you know she left yesterday morning" Aubrey said twirling her finger around the soapy water, she let out a small sniffle

"I made that up, so I could stay with you" he said

Aubrey let out a little sigh and Vinnie kissed the top of her head

"I just wish, I never said that, cause I know it's my fault he's gone" Vinnie said his voice breaking

Aubrey interlocked there fingers

"It's not your fault" she said her voice breaking too,

"If I had just went to the doctors the day I started having pain, then we wouldn't be in this situation" Aubrey said

"But we can't blame ourselves for something we couldn't control" Aubrey said

Vinnie hesitantly wrapped his arms around her

"One day, we'll be able to have a kid, and start a family, we'll have a big house, and so many beautiful children, I know it" Vinnie said

Aubrey smiled softly, sipping away the tears she had

"You promise" she said wrapping her hand around his pinky

"I promise" he said

They spent 10 minutes sitting in the warm water before it got cold, they both got out, wrapping towels around there bodies, Vinnie changed in the restroom and Aubrey changed in her room, she finished before Vinnie, so she laid down in the bed, curling her self in a ball and placing the blanket over her body, the door to the restroom opens and Vinnie walked out,

"Goodnight Aubrey" he said walking to the door

"Wait" she said

He stopped turning his head

"Yes?"

"Will you....sleep with me, just hold me please" she said, the room was dark so they couldn't see each other's faces but Aubrey knew Vinnie had a small smile

"Of course I will" he said walking around the bed, he got on laying under the covers, he stuck on hand under her pillow and the other over her body, Aubrey held onto his arm, her face was facing his chest

"Thank you" she mumbled

"Yeah of course" he said smiling

"Goodnight...I love you" she whispered

Vinnie smiled pulling her closer

"I love you too" he said, they both fell asleep, eloped onto one another, there bodies becoming one, no matter how many times they fell apart, they always came back because they where in fact soulmates, and not even death could do them part

I hope they get married and he realizes that he actually loves her and wants to spend the rest of eternity with her
