Traitor

Guilty brown eyes and little white eyes,
Yeah, I played dumb but I always knew,
That you'd talk to her, maybe did even worse,
I kept quite so I could keep you

Vinnie, turned the front door handle, owning it and closing the door,

"..Aubrey" Vinnie said calling out for her

There was no answer,

"Aubrey, are you here" he called again

And ain't it funny,

The second we called it quits

He walked down the hallway, his hand running along the walls and his feet making light thuds as they hit the wooden floors

He pushed open her bedroom door, it was dark, the only light coming from the moon when the wind blew the curtain open a bit, he looked at the bed, and Aubrey laid on it, she was faced towards the wall, an empty space next to her as if she was waiting for someone

He smiled to himself taking off his shoes and crawling into bed with her, his hands snaked around her body

She flinched when he touched her, he felt her hand move hovering over his for a second, she grabbed his hand throwing it off of her and scooting away from him

Vinnie looked down at her confused, she loved being touched by him, the feeling of his warm hands running all over her body, made her feel butterflies,

"Aubrey, what's wrong" Vinnie asked

She ignored him, her breathing slow and steady as she tried not to cry listening to his voice

"Aubrey? Please talk to me" Vinnie begged

Aubrey, sat up, grabbing a pillow and blanket and leaving the room,

It took you two weeks
To go off and date her
Guess you didn't cheat
But your still a traitor

"Aubrey where are you going baby" Vinnie called but she ignored him, the blanket glided on the floor behind her

"Aubrey. TALK TO ME" he said

Vinnie went to the living room, where Aubrey was watching TV on the couch, he flipped on the light switch, he leaned down, unplugging the TV and looking at Aubrey

"What's wrong" he said walking up to her

"What's wrong? You really want to ask what the fuck is wrong" Aubrey said giving him a dirty look,

Just to shut me down

"I honestly don't know what I did other than this morning, and I'm sorry for that, but please talk to me about it"

"No, Vincent I could care less about this morning, what I'm mad about is how, when we got in an argument, you went and hung out with Renata, as if she didn't do anything" Aubrey said standing up,

"What are you talking about" Vinnie said walking up to her
