„Ahhh what should I wear..??"
Already 15:36 PM. I have to hurry!
Lucia was aggressively searching for a cute outfit in her closet while talking to herself.
Henry had asked her for a date yesterday, after he had brought her to her house. Well, he didn't really just ask. First he stuttered, then he tried to change the subject and at the end, he finally got the courage to ask Lucia out. She said yes, of course.

„Yes, that's it!" She picked out a cute, light blue dress, which matched her earrings. After looking at herself in the mirror for ten minutes, she finally got ready and left the house.
Henry was already standing there, waiting. He was wearing brown pants, with a white turtleneck and a brown jacket. Also he had his hair gelled backwards and no glasses.
Damn.

„Hey beautiful."

„Hi Henry."

He looked her up and down and raised his eyebrows. „You... uh... You look very, pretty..."
Lucia chuckled. „Thank you, you look handsome too." She held his hand. „So, where are we going?" Henry seemed a little nervous.
Oh no, am I going to fast...?
Lucia let go of his hand. „I'm sorry, I didn't want to make you feel uncorm-..." He grabbed her hand.
„No, you don't. I just, I was never on a date before."
Lucia felt sorry. She put her hand on his cheek while saying: „No need to worry. This is my first time too..." Henry looked shocked. Of course he would think a girl like me was on a hundred dates.
I wasn't. And I was nervous too.
„Let's just have fun."

Time passed by really quick. They were out in downtown, talking about the things they adore, laughing, eating ice cream. Lucia's favourite flavour was strawberry, Henry's vanilla. They also took a lot of pictures and selfies.
Henry even showed her the best place to shop for books and Lucia brought him to the shop, she always shopped in.
Lucia felt so happy. Not only to see him happy, but to know that she made him happy. She didn't see him laughing or smiling, ever.
Now he did, every time their eyes met.
Suddenly, a weird feeling snuck into her mind.
She still knew, that everything they did, was because of this bet. She shook her head, trying to get rid of those thoughts.

It was getting late and both of them were sitting on a bench. There were trees with pink leaves around them, forming a path. The sun was setting and the birds chirping.
"Lucia."
Henry's voice sounded calming. As always.
He was observing the birds, near the lake, which lied a few metres in front of them.
"Hm?" She turned to him.
He had a beautiful side profile. A sharp jawline and a well shaped nose.
"You know, I think about you. All the time."
He turned his head to her.
Lucia started blushing.
If he only knew that's he's the only thing on my mind.
"And I can't stop thinking about you. I don't want to stop."
Lucia looked him in the eyes.
"Henry I also... I- You know, You ar-..."
Without letting her finish, Henry put his hands on her cheeks, brought her face closer to his and kissed her.
Lucia sat completely still. Her heart raced and she could feel her cheeks starting to burn.
Then, she closed her eyes.

I don't know what this feeling is.
The butterflies. This excitement.
Am I...
Am I in love...?

He stopped and looked into her deep blue eyes.

"I love you, Lucia."

Lucia smiled. Like she never did before.
She didn't want to stop the moment. She wanted it to stay forever.

"I love you too, Henry."
