Lying on the bed in your room, you feel so relieved of all the worries since you finally told your mom everything. From the time you caught Lee cheating up to the very moment Jungkook dropped you off. You hugged your mom tight and broke into tears.
This is the first time you told your story in detail and it felt like reliving those horrible moments. Somehow, you felt light, almost weightless when your mom hugged you and said everything will be alright.
*Flashback*
"Honey, it's okay. Everything's gonna be okay." Your mom says as she tries hard to calm you down.
"I'm sorry mom, I should've told you right away." You said in between sobs. "I won't be able to forgive myself if something bad happened to you."
"Hey, nothing like that is going to happen." She says in confidence. "So, tell me again why Jungkook is staying in a hotel when we have plenty of room right here? Tell him to stay over, well unless he's not used to the simple life?"
"Oh mom it's nothing like that really. He's actually very grounded and enjoys the simplest things, it's just that he felt awkward coming over unannounced." You said in reply.
"Well, it wouldn't hurt if you ask him again honey. You know it's the peak season for tourists and most hotels around the area are fully booked." Your mom insisted.
"I'll just go change in my room and call him from there." You said as your mom gave you a peck on the forehead.
"You know how to convince him?... Just say I agreed he can stay in your room and he'll definitely come running back." Your mom said with a teasing wink making your cheeks flush instantly.
"Oh please mom, you can't act like this around him okay? Please?..."
"Okay, okay! Just call the guy already. I'll go and fix us dinner."
Your mom is actually cool about intimacy, cooler than you since you're such a hopeless romantic. Planning everything in your head that your first time is going to hit the box office in romance. At least that was your thoughts back then.
You played it over and over in your head. Your first will be in a room with just a scented candle by the bed side, rose petals leading to the soft bed and a sweet instrumental music playing softly on the background.
The scene is actually your honeymoon. You've had that etched in your being for the longest time, your first intimate contact has got to be with your husband. This made you put your guard up against anything that can ruin your chastity campaign.
