Summer break is finally over, i don't think i could bare another week at my house.
My parents are driving me crazy, lashing out on me as if i've ever done anything bad to them.I was always a good student, perfectly behaved, i've completed all my chores and was always polite.
But that was never enough, no matter what i did, how hard i tried- i was always the enemy. That wasn't the case for my brother, their golden boy.
Anything he did was perfect, even when he got a bad grade it was 'the teacher's' fault.I don't blame him tho, it wasn't his doing.
And if it wasn't for him i would have run away years ago.On top of that i had an ugly break up with Adrien right before summer.
Technically it wasn't ugly, we did agree to stay friends but he did not respect that.
He's been bugging me with dozens of letters for the past two months, none of which i replied to.I moved on now, i truly did.
This year i was ready for new experiences, ready to be surprised.I was now in a train compartment with my friends on our way to Hogwarts.
I was sitting next to Ron, who was absorbing chocolate frogs so fast it's a wonder how he didn't choke.
Practice makes perfect i guess.Harry and Hermione were sitting across from us.
I tried to catch up on their conversation which i zoned out from."And no more eating frogs this year." Mione taunted.
"IT WAS ONE TIME! And it was by mistake!" Ron defended."How do you eat a frog by mistake?!" Harry joined amused.
"They're quite similar, shut up." Ron popped another chocolate frog into his mouth."It was green! Honestly Ronald." Mione laughed at him.
"It was dark!" Ron wasn't giving up.
"It was noon." Harry loved getting a rise out of his best friend."All right guys, let it go. I'm sure it was more traumatic to him than to us." I tried saving Ron from even more embarrassment.
"I don't know about that...
..He puked on my bed-" Harry's sentence was caught off."You didn't actually have to eat it!" Ron's face was painted in horror as the memories replayed in his head.
"Oh please, you would eat anything." Mione raised an eyebrow at him."Anyways, how are you and Ginny?" I tried changing the topic.
"Oh, no no no no. We are not talking about my little sister's and my best friend's relationship. Absolutely not." Ron suddenly lost his appetite.
He was saved by the train coming to a stop.
We were here.~ the Great Hall
Unfortunately at meal times i couldn't sit with my friends, i had to be at my house's table.
Not only did my parents reject me for being a Slytherin, slytherins rejected me for being a half-blood.
Well not exactly for that- the 'Slytherin prince', Draco Malfoy and i have been enemies since our 1st year at Hogwarts and no one would dare to disagree with him.
He's always been bitching about the fact that they let half-bloods into Slytherin and i was always on top of most of my classes, making him second, only fuelling him to bully me more.
