I woke up to late to gat any breakfast.
I wasn't really hungry and at least i didn't have to deal with Malfoy and his dumbass friends.

I went straight to potions to get the potion done.
We were free as soon as we finished it so i had motivation to get it done quickly.

Other than escaping from Malfoy.

I gathered the ingredients and joined him by our table.

I started crushing some crickets, trying to ignore him as much as possible.

I was hoping we wouldn't get detention, i mean Black Ink was technically a drug, but only using it was illegal, not brewing it.

A truly brilliant law.

"Give me your hand." Draco said in a deep voice.

"What?"

"We have to add some blood of a woman and a man. Give me your hand." he demanded again.

"You go first." i crossed my arms over my chest.

He pulled out a black dagger with emerald rocks.

He pulled it slowly from the shell and the silver blade shone in sunlight.

The tingly sound it spread sent a shiver down my spine.

"Getting excited are we, hufflepuffy?" Draco smirked.

I was going to tell him off, but he knew what was on my mind so i just glared at him, only making his smirk grow wider.

He pulled his sleeve up to his elbow exposing his muscled, veiny arm.

He took the dagger and sliced his wrist in a one swift move, making a string of bright crimson blood drip down.

"Your turn." he said wiping his wrist.

"Ah, ah. Clean the dagger first, i don't want to catch anything." i smiled sarcastically.

"There's that sharp mouth." he did as i asked and extended his arm, opening his palm.

I sighed and gave him my hand.

He put the cold metal against my skin and dragged it down slowly.

Not deep, only enough for it to draw blood.

I gasped lightly as the blood tickled down from the cut.

"Enjoying it a bit too much? Maybe you're not so innocent after all." he chuckled.

"You're one to talk, your cut is bleeding more than before, your heart beat is up." i cocked my eyebrow smirking.

"It is, it's exciting to see you in pain." he shot back.

our little back and forth was interrupted by Snape coming over to inspect.

He took a peak inside our cauldron and left.

"Pssst, Cami." someone whispered behind my back.
I turned around to see Theo.

"Hey, what's up?" i asked.

"Are you coming to the party this saturday?"

"What party?"

"...the one you're brewing that potion for." he seemed to enjoy my confusion.

I turned to Draco "You're doing this with me to bring it to a party and you didn't even invite me? How sweet of you." i smiled sarcastically.

"You should come." Theo urged.
