Body colour: He's mostly white with some small patches of a bright grey, his horns are a slightly dimmer grey and his eyes are a deep shade of purple. 

Height: Averages around 22ft

Other Body Details: He is mostly an ordinary dragon in appearance, though he's a lot stronger than his looks give off, he tends to be able to use light itself to form weapons on his body, making him rather dangerous.

Extra: Xeno is Sly's half brother, though unlike her, he's bordering pure evil, he loves to torture and brutalise his sibling, doing the same to any whom stand in his way as well. He has a habit of beating and crushing others into submission until they're literally pleading before simply beheading them for the fun of it. He will frequently raid cities and towns, stealing gems, food and sometimes even humans and animals, though mostly just prefers slaughtering them.
He's been known to challenge the strongest militaries in worlds alone and come out on top. Akin to Sly, he has the ability to reincarnate, making him all the more deadly, though he doesn't suffer with amnesia on rebirth, making him so, so much more dangerous and often hunts down those who may have successfully ended him with a much stronger vendetta and far more rage, often destroying entire cites to prove a point.

Xeno is rarely known to get along with others, nor to really interact with them at all other than to sate his own desires.

The large dragon has a bad habit of simply beating those who he doesn't like, even blinding them with the power of light itself, sometimes simply erasing their upper body with a strengthened beam of the stuff. He also loves blinding multiple creatures at the same time, watching them stumble around and struggle, sometimes starting to fight one another because of it.
To this point it's unclear if he could be killed properly.
