Unexpected [Part 3]

Dream P.O.V.

It was getting late, and me and Techno were still at Fort Waterfalls. Apparently nobody was supposed to know about this place except the Kingdom and that one villager. I should probably head back to town since it was... Uh, it looks to be 7:00 PM? I took out my clock just in case I was wrong. It was 7:43 PM. Close enough. I shoved the clock back in my bag and looked over to Techno, who was now arguing with some pig. 

I forgot he was a hybrid, plus had an ability to actually talk to a few animals. "YOUR TALKING TO THE BLOOD GOD Y'KNOW!"  I heard him yell, the pig screeched at him in return. Is this guy seriously arguing with a pig? 

I laughed at him. It looks like he heard me because he looked my way, and uh... The pig seemed to notice too. "What ya laughing at?" He questioned in a stern tone, the pig agreeing by oinking. "Uhh..." I said in return. What would any normal person say in this situation? Think Dream... "Nothing." I added on. Stupid Dream, is that really all you have? "You couldn't be laughin' at the Blood God. Could you?" He questioned again, in a more ignorant tone. The pig screeched along with him. "What? Me? Nahh..." I started backing away. They started walking slowly at me.

  "ATTACK!" Techno yelled, the pig and him now running at me. I'll take this as a cue to RUN! I started running at the trees once again.

 I looked behind me to see the pig right behind me. I jumped to avoid being tumbled to the ground, and in return, I got tackled by strong arms. "IT'S TIME TO DIE!" Techno yelled out. "NOOO!" I yelled back. We then hit the ground.

There was a moment of quietness.

"Dream, there are people watching." Techno said, in an almost whisper tone. "I've noticed." I said back. I got to my feet and unsheathed my sword, Techno doing the same. There were demons surrounding every exit, and entrance. Some sitting, standing, or leaning against something. There was a painful silence, even a pin could be heard when it dropped. There was then some whispering between the demons. 

"Hello." A loud voice was heard, I tried looking around and seeing who it was. There was nobody around us. "You two show some intense power." I then knew, someone is invisible. I looked toward Techno, him doing the exact same thing. We nodded at each other. "I have a proposition."  I listened closely, to pinpoint exactly where they were. "If you two bec-" Techno lunged at something. But not anything. He hit the said person, blood spilling. The person was now visible. Gasps were heard from the demons, and more whispering, some even looked scared. "How does a sword feel... Pierced through your stomach?" Techno growled, smiling. 

I then heard many footsteps coming our way, and some yelling. The demons were coming down now, looking ready to attack. I giggled a bit, so now you wanna play?

 Let's see how long you last. 

I lunged at a demon, taking it's head clean. Then turning and stabbing another one right into it's heart. Removing the sword, then flipping it, I kicked another one then dashed at it, slicing it into a clean half. 

Standing straight up, I looked towards some more demons, frozen in place. 

"Don't tell me... Your scared?..." I teased, slowly walking towards them. I reached a hand out, some demons stepping back as I did. I grabbed one's shoulder. I smiled at the fear come from them, it's so sweet seeing anybody in fear of you.

 I then realized I was already soaked in blood. 

"How about a soft and easy death for you?... Would that work?" I asked in a sweet tone. I heard the demon shudder. I lifted my sword, the demon still frozen, stabbing it right into it's head, taking it's life instantly. I let go of it letting it collapse. 

"RETREAT!"  I heard one scream, now all of them running. "But I didn't even do much." I whispered to myself. I'm disappointed. I heard footsteps behind me, assuming it was Techno I turned. "All you did was cut a couple heads off." Techno said, lamely. "I know... So disappointing." I agreed. "We should head back." I added on, "Sure." Techno said.
