Pit stop pt.2

Moriah POV

I walked over to him and sat on the love seat across the kitchen and he started, "It was long ago when Joel was born, and I and Luke her playing when Joel had crawled over and smashed my toys to pieces. As Joel had gotten older and started middle school he would always make fun of me and embarrass me as high school hit he was a bully to me and college when I had a fiance he was secretly dating her behind my back and I didn't figure it out till 2 days before our wedding and when I was 23 I and my friends were going camping in a cottage in the woods and Joel wanted to tag along but I said no and my friends betrayed me for him and when we had walked out to the house the fire had started in the kitchen and all my friends had died except my one true loyal friend and he blamed me and stayed on Joel's side when it was actually Joel that had set the fire, he was jealous and angry. So ever since I had always watched him from afar and tried not to harm him that much." and I stood there blank trying to recover everything I slowly walk up to him and gave him a warm hug and I felt something there that wasn't there before, I felt safe and love and mostly warm and home.

I walked to the kitchen to grab him some water but when I came back he wasn't there only a note that said: "My name is Ben Smallbone, wish we met again soon." and I went to sleep peacefully.

Joel POV

After she threw the ring I fell on my knees crying my heart out while Courtney was with Grace and Luke. After a while I walk into the room and told Courtney the whole story and my mistakes, I could see in the corner of my eye she was crying and I walked up to her and said, "What's wrong?" and her sobbing grew louder and she yelled, "Because of you Luke had a miscarriage!" I cried praying it wasn't real."By 12 in the morning, I had left the building till I ran into a young nurse, she had nice short blonde hair and big green eyes. I stopped her and asked for her name and she said in an angelic voice," Marissa Daughtery." and she walked off leaving my heart beating like no other.

Courtney POV

Once the doctor walked in she said that Luke has had a miscarriage and I cried and I knew that I can't have kids from a family disorder disease. I cried and cried and whatever Joel had said when he walked in I totally blocked it out and I yelled, "It's all your fault Luke is in this state." and Joel walked out and as he stood by the door and he looked back once more and said,"Grace is your to keep."

An hour later Luke had woken up but when I told him the bad news he broke down crying hoping everything is a nightmare we prayed and I told him everything about the big fight between Moriah and Joel and I think they won't last long as I had hoped but I wish them both good travels
